本規約はSound Postcard（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリを利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリへ取り込んだ写真、録音、文章、位置等について、必要な権利と許可を有することは利用者の責任です。作品の権利は利用者に帰属します。
法令または第三者の権利に反する利用、本アプリの不正な解析・妨害、その他開発者が不適切と合理的に判断する行為を禁止します。
本アプリには買い切りの「Sound Postcard Pro」があります。無料版では5件まで作成でき、作成済みの作品は引き続き利用できます。Proでは保存数が無制限になり、バックアップ／復元も利用できます。自動更新されるサブスクリプションではありません。決済、返金、購入資格の復元はAppleの定めるところによります。
作品は端末内に保存されます。端末の故障・紛失、アプリの削除、OSの不具合等に備え、Proのバックアップ機能を利用し、作成したバックアップを安全に保管してください。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。法令上許される範囲で、利用または利用不能、データ消失、共有先での取り扱い等から生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。
開発者は、本アプリや本規約の内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。本規約の変更はこのページで告知します。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These terms govern your use of Sound Postcard (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to them.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for photos, recordings, text, and locations you use in the App. Your postcards remain yours.
You must not use the App unlawfully, infringe third-party rights, interfere with the App, or attempt unauthorized exploitation or analysis.
The App offers the one-time Sound Postcard Pro purchase. The free version lets you create up to five postcards, and existing postcards remain available. Pro enables unlimited saving plus backup and restore. It is not an auto-renewing subscription. Apple handles payment, refunds, and purchase restoration.
Postcards are stored on your device. Use the backup feature included with Pro and keep the resulting file safe against device failure, loss, App deletion, or operating-system issues.
The App is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for losses arising from use, inability to use, data loss, or the practices of destinations you choose for sharing.
The developer may change or discontinue the App and may update these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
