Sound Postcard プライバシーポリシー

Sound Postcard（以下「本アプリ」）は、写真と音を端末内で扱うローカルファーストのアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリで扱う情報について説明します。

1. 開発者は利用者のデータを収集しません

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、開発者が運営するサーバー、広告SDK、行動解析SDK、外部クラッシュ収集SDKを使用しません。開発者が利用者の写真、録音、位置、メモ、利用状況を取得することはありません。

2. 端末内に保存する情報

• 撮影または選択した写真とサムネイル
• 利用者が録音した5秒の音声と、その音声から端末内で生成した波形
• タイトル、メモ、タグ、撮影日時、お気に入りなどの作品情報
• 利用者が任意で追加した位置情報と地名
• オンボーディング、リマインダー、書き出し等の設定

これらは本アプリの端末内領域に保存され、開発者へ送信されません。アプリを削除すると、iOSの仕様によりアプリ内の保存データも削除されます。Sound Postcard Proでは、設定画面から手動バックアップを書き出せます。

3. カメラ、マイク、写真ライブラリ

カメラは写真を撮影するとき、マイクは5秒の音を録音するときにのみ使います。写真ライブラリは、利用者が写真を選ぶ場合と、利用者が選択した書き出し結果を保存する場合に使います。取得した内容は自動的に外部へ送信されません。

4. 位置情報

位置情報は、利用者が作品へ場所を追加する操作を選んだ場合にのみ、その時点の現在地を一度取得します。継続的な追跡やバックグラウンド位置情報は使用しません。位置は端末内の作品情報に保存され、地図表示に使われます。

5. 通知

利用者がリマインダーを有効にした場合、指定時刻の通知を端末内で予約します。外部サーバーからのプッシュ通知は使用しません。

6. 共有、書き出し、バックアップ

利用者が共有、写真への保存、またはバックアップの書き出しを選んだ場合に限り、指定した内容がiOSの共有先や保存先へ渡されます。共有先での取り扱いには、その提供者の規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

7. App内課金

本アプリには買い切りのApp内課金「Sound Postcard Pro」があります。購入処理と購入資格の確認はAppleのApp Storeを通じて行われます。開発者はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取りません。

8. 第三者提供と子どものプライバシー

開発者は利用者のデータを収集しないため、第三者へ販売または提供するデータはありません。本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではなく、個人を識別する情報を収集しません。

9. 変更とお問い合わせ

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページと最終更新日を更新します。

Sound Postcard Privacy Policy

Sound Postcard (the “App”) is a local-first app that handles photos and sounds on your device.

1. The developer does not collect your data

The App requires no account and uses no developer-operated server, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or third-party crash-reporting SDK. The developer does not receive your photos, recordings, locations, notes, or usage activity.

2. Data stored on your device

• Photos you take or select, and their thumbnails
• Five-second recordings and waveforms generated on-device from those recordings
• Titles, notes, tags, capture dates, favorites, and other postcard information
• Locations and place names you optionally attach
• Onboarding, reminder, and export preferences

This data stays in the App's on-device storage and is not sent to the developer. Deleting the App also deletes its locally stored data under iOS behavior. Sound Postcard Pro can create a manual backup from Settings.

3. Camera, microphone, and Photos

The camera is used only when you take a photo, and the microphone only when you record five seconds of sound. Photos access is used when you select a photo or explicitly save an export. The App does not automatically upload this content.

4. Location

Only when you choose to attach a place, the App reads your current location once. It does not continuously track you or use background location. The location is stored with the postcard on your device and used for the map.

5. Notifications

If you enable the reminder, the App schedules a local notification on your device. It does not use server push notifications.

6. Sharing, exports, and backups

Only when you choose to share, save, or create a backup does the selected content pass to the iOS destination you choose. That destination's terms and privacy policy then apply.

7. In-app purchase

The App offers a one-time purchase, Sound Postcard Pro. Apple handles payment and entitlement verification through the App Store. The developer does not receive your payment-card details.

8. Third parties and children

Because the developer collects no user data, there is nothing to sell or provide to third parties. The App is not directed at a specific age group and does not collect personally identifying information.

9. Changes and contact

If this policy changes, this page and the date above will be updated.
