録音・カメラ・位置情報が使えません

iPhoneの「設定」からSound Postcardを開き、必要な権限を許可してください。位置情報は、場所を付ける操作を選んだときだけ使用します。

アプリを削除すると作品は残りますか？

残りません。作品は端末内のアプリ領域に保存されるため、アプリを削除すると消去されます。機種変更や再インストールの前に、Sound Postcard Proのバックアップ機能をご利用ください。

購入したのにProになりません

Pro画面の「購入を復元」をお試しください。購入時と同じApple Accountでサインインしている必要があります。

写真や音声は外部に送信されますか？

自動送信されません。作品は端末内に保存されます。共有やバックアップを利用した場合だけ、利用者が選んだ保存先へ渡されます。

Frequently asked questions

Camera, microphone, or location is unavailable

Open Sound Postcard in the iPhone Settings app and allow the permission you need. Location is read only when you choose to attach a place.

Will my postcards remain after I delete the App?

No. Postcards live in the App's on-device storage and are removed with the App. Before changing devices or reinstalling, use the backup feature included with Sound Postcard Pro.

I purchased Pro, but it is not active

Open the Pro screen and choose Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase.

Are my photos or recordings uploaded?

No. Postcards stay on your device. Content leaves the App only when you explicitly share, export, or back it up to a destination you choose.
