本規約は、青木 一成 (Kazunari Aoki)（以下「当方」）が提供する iOS アプリ「ぽてねこ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意されたものとみなします。
本アプリは、選んだねこの相棒と一緒に、歩数（Apple の「ヘルスケア」から読み取り）・体重・食事・習慣を記録し、その記録をねこの様子（眠る・歩く・食べる・家具で遊ぶなど）として表示します。ねこが痩せることはなく、目標に届かなくても、ねこが弱ったり悲しんだりする演出はありません。
本アプリはサーバーを持たず、あなたの記録を外部へ送信しません。取り扱いの詳細は プライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。
歩数の取得元は iOS（ヘルスケア）であり、その正確さは当方の管理下にありません。端末を持たずに歩いた分や、iOS 側の集計の遅れなどにより、表示が体感と一致しないことがあります。ウィジェットの更新時刻・頻度も iOS が決定します。
本アプリは医療機器ではなく、診断・治療・予防を目的とするものではありません。食事ごとの「目安」は、あなたが自分で設定した1日の目標カロリーを3で割っただけの値であり、当方が推奨する摂取量ではありません。目標体重・目標カロリーなどはあなたご自身のための目安としてお使いいただき、食事・体重・運動など健康に関わる判断は医師などの専門家にご相談ください。
歩きながら画面を見る行為は危険です。周囲の状況・交通・天候に十分ご注意のうえ、安全な場所で操作してください。
本アプリに収録されたキャラクター・イラスト・アニメーションの権利は当方に帰属します。アプリの外へ抽出して利用（複製・再配布を含む）することはできません。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当方は、本アプリが中断なく動作すること、または特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、当方に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
本アプリの記録は端末内にのみ保存されます。端末の紛失・故障・初期化、または本アプリの削除により記録は失われ、当方が復元することはできません。
当方は、本アプリの内容を予告なく変更し、また提供を終了することがあります。
本規約を変更する場合は、このページを更新し、最終更新日を書き換えます。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms govern your use of the iOS app “PoteNeko” (the “App”) provided by Kazunari Aoki (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to them.
The App lets you log your steps (read from Apple Health), weight, meals and habits alongside a cat companion you choose, and shows those records as your cat’s behavior — sleeping, walking, eating, playing with furniture and so on. Your cat never gets thinner, and missing a goal never makes it look weak or sad.
The App has no server and does not send your records anywhere. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Steps come from iOS (Health), and their accuracy is outside our control. Walking without your device, or delays in the system’s own counting, can make what you see differ from what you expect. iOS also decides when and how often widgets refresh.
The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. The per-meal “guide” is simply the daily calorie goal you set yourself, divided by three; it is not an intake we recommend. Use target weights and calorie goals as your own personal reference, and consult a doctor or other qualified professional for decisions about diet, weight, exercise or health.
Looking at a screen while walking is dangerous. Pay attention to your surroundings, traffic and the weather, and use the App only where it is safe to do so.
All rights in the characters, illustrations and animations included in the App belong to us. You may not extract them for use outside the App, including copying or redistributing them.
The App is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will operate without interruption or that it is fit for any particular purpose. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
The App’s records are stored only on your device. Losing, breaking or erasing the device, or deleting the App, loses them, and we cannot recover them.
We may change the App or discontinue it without prior notice.
If these terms change, this page will be updated along with the date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any dispute relating to the App.
