ぽてねこは、まんまるねこの相棒と一緒に、歩く・体重や食事を記録する・小さな習慣を続けるアプリです。歩数は「ヘルスケア」から読むだけで、書き込みはしません。記録はすべて端末の中だけに保存されます。

よくある質問
- 歩数が反映されません／ヘルスケアの許可を変えたい
- iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > ヘルスケア > ぽてねこ」で「歩数」の読み取りをオンにしてください。アプリの設定画面の「歩数」でも状態を確認できます。許可されていても、iOS 側の歩数の集計が数分遅れることがあります。許可しなくても、体重・食事・習慣の記録はそのまま使えます。
- 購入を復元したい
- 設定画面の「ぽてねこ全員」から購入画面を開き、「復元する」を押してください。購入時と同じ Apple Account で App Store にサインインしている必要があります。機種変更・再インストールの後も、同じ Apple Account なら追加の支払いなしで復元できます。返金は Apple の「問題を報告する」（reportaproblem.apple.com）からご相談ください。
- 相棒のねこを変えたい
- 設定画面の「相棒を変える」から、別のねこを選べます。これまでの記録と一緒に過ごした日数はそのまま残ります。しろねこ・とらねこ・くろねこの3匹は無料で、残りのねこは「ぽてねこ全員」で選べるようになります。
- 記録を消したい
- 食事や体重の記録は、それぞれの記録を開いて個別に消せます。すべてを消すには、端末から本アプリを削除してください。端末内の記録はアプリと一緒に消え、元に戻すことはできません。開発者のもとには控えがないため、こちらで復元することもできません。ヘルスケアの歩数そのものは消えません。
- 機種変更で記録は引き継がれますか？
- 本アプリ独自のクラウド同期・引き継ぎ機能はありません。記録は端末内にのみ保存されます（iPhone 全体のバックアップからの復元の扱いは iOS に従います）。
- 食事の「目安」は何ですか？
- 設定した1日の目標カロリーを3で割っただけの値です。推奨する摂取量ではありません。目標カロリーは未設定にもでき、その場合ねこはふつうに食べます。
- ねこは痩せますか？目標に届かないと落ち込みますか？
- いいえ。ねこはずっとまるいままで、変わるのは行動（眠る・歩く・食べる・家具で遊ぶなど）です。目標に届かなくても、連続記録が途切れても、ねこが弱ったり悲しんだりすることはありません。
- 広告やアカウントはありますか？
- 広告は表示されません。アカウント登録やログインも不要です。

PoteNeko is a companion app in which a chubby cat keeps you company while you walk, log your weight and meals, and keep up small habits. It only reads your step count from Health and never writes to it. All records are stored only on your device.

Frequently asked questions
- My steps aren’t showing up / I want to change Health access
- In iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › PoteNeko, turn on reading “Steps”. You can also check the status under “Steps” in the App’s Settings. Even with access granted, the system’s own step count can lag by a few minutes. Without Health access, weight, meal and habit logging still work.
- How do I restore my purchase?
- Open the purchase screen from “All PoteNeko Cats” in Settings and tap “Restore”. You need to be signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you bought with. After a new phone or a reinstall, the same Apple Account restores it at no extra charge. For refunds, contact Apple via “Report a Problem” (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- How do I change my cat?
- Choose a different cat from “Change companion” in Settings. Your records and your days together are kept. Three cats (white, tabby and black) are free; the rest are unlocked by “All PoteNeko Cats”.
- How do I delete my data?
- Meal and weight records can be deleted one by one by opening each record. To remove everything, delete the App from your device; its on-device records go with it and cannot be recovered. The developer holds no copy, so we cannot restore them either. Your step data in Health is not removed.
- Do my records carry over to a new phone?
- The App has no cloud sync or transfer feature of its own; records are stored only on your device (restoring from a whole-device backup follows iOS’s behavior).
- What is the meal “guide”?
- It is simply the daily calorie goal you set, divided by three — not a recommended intake. You can leave the calorie goal unset, in which case your cat just eats normally.
- Does the cat get thinner, or sad if I miss a goal?
- No. Your cat stays round forever; what changes is its behavior (sleeping, walking, eating, playing with furniture). Missing a goal or breaking a streak never makes it weak or sad.
- Are there ads? Do I need an account?
- No ads, no account, no sign-in.
