ぽてねこ（以下「本アプリ」）は、まんまるねこの相棒と一緒に、歩く・体重や食事を記録する・小さな習慣を続けるためのアプリです。本アプリは個人情報を収集せず、あなたの記録を開発者や第三者へ送信しません。アカウント登録・ログインは不要で、開発者が運営するサーバーはありません。
本アプリには、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などを入力する画面がありません。利用状況・操作ログ・端末識別子を送信する仕組みも組み込んでいません。開発者が、あなたが本アプリで何を記録したかを知ることはできません。
本アプリは、Apple の「ヘルスケア」から歩数だけを読み取ります。読み取った歩数は、ねこの様子や「あゆみ」のグラフを決めるために端末内で使うだけで、端末の外へ送信することはありません。
本アプリはヘルスケアへ書き込みを一切行わず、歩数以外のヘルスケアのデータを読むこともありません。アプリ内で入力する体重や食事は本アプリの中にだけ保存され、ヘルスケアとは読み書きしません。ヘルスケアから得たデータを広告・マーケティングに使うことも、第三者に提供することもありません。
歩数へのアクセスは、iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > ヘルスケア > ぽてねこ」からいつでも取り消せます。許可しなくても本アプリは使え、ねこは元気に待っています（体重・食事・習慣の記録もそのまま使えます）。

これらはすべて端末内で扱われ、開発者や第三者がアクセスすることはできません。本アプリ独自のクラウド同期やアカウント連携はありません（iPhone 全体のバックアップの扱いは iOS の設定に従います）。
操作時の振動（触覚フィードバック）やサウンドに関する設定は、端末内の表示・操作の好みにすぎず、データとして送信されることはありません。
本アプリは位置情報・カメラ・写真ライブラリ・連絡先・カレンダー・マイクを使用しません。これらの許可を求める画面は表示されません。
広告は表示しません。広告 SDK・解析 SDK・クラッシュ収集 SDK・トラッキング技術は一切使用していません。IDFA（広告識別子）も取得せず、ユーザーをトラッキングしません。ねこのアニメーションの描画にはオープンソースの Rive ランタイムを端末内で使っていますが、これによってデータが送信されることはありません。キャラクターの絵はすべてアプリに同梱されています。
本アプリには、買い切り（非消耗型）の App 内課金「ぽてねこ全員」が1つあります。購入・復元は Apple の App Store（StoreKit）を通じて処理され、このときの通信は Apple との間でのみ行われます。お支払い情報が開発者に届くことはなく、本アプリがそれを取得・保存することもありません。購入済みかどうかは Apple から確認し、その控えを端末内に保存します。購入時と同じ Apple Account で復元できます。返金は Apple の手続きに従います。
上記のとおり本アプリは情報を収集・送信しないため、第三者へ提供・販売する情報はありません。
食事・体重などの記録は、アプリ内から個別に削除できます。すべてを消す場合は、端末から本アプリを削除してください。本アプリが端末内に保存していたデータ（上記3の表のすべて）は、アプリと一緒に削除されます。開発者側に控えは残りません（そもそも送信されていません）。ヘルスケアに記録されているあなたの歩数そのものはヘルスケアのデータであり、本アプリの削除では消えません。
本アプリは、歩数・体重・食事・習慣の記録をねこの様子として表示するものです。医療機器ではなく、診断・治療・予防を目的とするものではありません。食事ごとの「目安」は、あなたが自分で決めた1日の目標カロリーを3で割っただけの値であり、本アプリや開発者が推奨する摂取量ではありません。食事・体重・運動など健康に関わる判断は、医師などの専門家にご相談ください。
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではなく、個人を識別する情報を収集しません。

PoteNeko (the “App”) is a companion app in which a chubby cat keeps you company while you walk, log your weight and meals, and keep up small habits. The App collects no personal information and never sends your records to the developer or to any third party. No account or sign-in is required, and the developer operates no server.
There is no screen that asks for your name, e-mail address or phone number, and nothing is built in to transmit usage, logs or device identifiers. The developer cannot see what you record in the App.
The App reads your step count, and nothing else, from Apple Health. The steps are used on your device only, to decide how your cat behaves and to draw the history charts. They are never sent off your device.
The App never writes to Health and does not read any other Health data type. Weight and meals you enter in the App are stored inside the App only and are never read from or written to Health. Health data is never used for advertising or marketing and is never shared with third parties.
You can revoke step access at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › PoteNeko. If you do not allow it, the App still works — your cat simply waits happily, and weight, meal and habit logging keep working.

All of this is handled on your device, and neither the developer nor any third party can access it. The App has no cloud sync or account of its own (whole-device backups follow your iOS settings).
Haptic feedback and sound preferences are simply local preferences for how the App feels; they are not transmitted as data.
The App does not use location, the camera, your photo library, contacts, calendars or the microphone, and no permission prompt for any of these appears.
The App shows no advertising and includes no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDK, and no tracking technology. It does not collect the IDFA and does not track you. Cat animations are drawn on device with the open-source Rive runtime, which sends no data anywhere. All character artwork is bundled inside the App.
The App offers one one-time (non-consumable) in-app purchase, “All PoteNeko Cats”. Purchase and restore are handled by Apple’s App Store (StoreKit), and the only communication involved is with Apple. Your payment details never reach the developer, and the App never receives or stores them. Ownership is confirmed with Apple and a copy is kept on your device. You can restore the purchase with the same Apple Account you bought it with. Refunds are handled by Apple.
As described above, the App collects and transmits nothing, so there is nothing to share with or sell to third parties.
Individual records such as meals and weights can be deleted inside the App. To remove everything, delete the App from your device: everything the App stored on your device (all items in the table in section 3) is deleted with it. No copy remains with the developer, because nothing was ever sent. The step data recorded in Health belongs to Health and is not removed when you delete the App.
The App reflects your steps, weight, meals and habits in your cat’s behavior. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. The per-meal “guide” is simply the daily calorie goal you set yourself, divided by three; it is not an intake recommended by the App or the developer. Please consult a doctor or other qualified professional for decisions about diet, weight, exercise or health.
The App is not directed at a specific age group and collects no personally identifying information.
