見つかる兆しが少ない
兆しを見つけるには、端末内にある程度の期間の健康記録がたまっている必要があります。記録が少ない間は、見つかる兆しも少なくなります。本アプリは日々静かに観察を続け、時間の経過とともにより多くの兆しをお知らせします。少し時間をおいて、また開いてみてください。
データは外部に送信されますか
いいえ。あなたの健康記録の分析は、すべてお使いの端末内で完結します。あなたの記録が当社のサーバーや第三者に送信されることはありません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
サブスクの解約方法
iPhone の「設定」→ 画面上部のご自身の名前 →「サブスクリプション」から、兆し を選んで解約できます。解約後も、期間の終わりまではご利用いただけます。買い切りのライフタイム購入には、解約という概念はありません。
受診用サマリーは診断ですか
いいえ。受診用サマリーは、本アプリが見つけた相関をまとめたものであり、診断ではありません。医療従事者と話し合うための材料としてお使いいただくものです。医療上の判断については、必ず医療従事者にご相談ください。

Few signs found
Finding signs needs enough health history on your device. While there isn't much recorded yet, fewer signs will appear. The app keeps observing quietly and reports more over time — give it a little while and check back.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. Analysis of your health records happens entirely on your device. Your records are never sent to our servers or any third party. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open iOS Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions, then select Kizashi and cancel. You keep access until the end of the current period. The one-time lifetime purchase has no subscription to cancel.
Is the doctor-visit summary a diagnosis?
No. The doctor-visit summary is a summary of correlations the app found, not a diagnosis. It is meant as something to discuss with a clinician. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.
