利用規約 / Terms of Use
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、iOSアプリ「兆し (Kizashi)」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. ライセンス
提供者は、利用者に対し、本アプリを個人的な目的で利用する、譲渡不能・非独占的なライセンスを許諾します。本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布は禁止します。
2. 医療行為ではありません（重要）
兆し は医療機器ではなく、医学的な診断・治療の助言を提供するものでもありません。本アプリが示す発見は、あなた自身のデータの中に見つかった統計的な相関であって、原因と結果を示すものではありません。本アプリの結果だけを根拠に、治療・服薬・健康習慣を開始・中止・変更しないでください。医療上の判断については、必ず有資格の医療従事者にご相談ください。本アプリのご利用は、利用者ご自身の責任で行ってください。
3. サブスクリプションと購入
本アプリには、自動更新される月額・年額のサブスクリプション、および買い切りのライフタイム購入が含まれます。料金は利用者の Apple ID に請求されます。サブスクリプションは、対象期間の終了の少なくとも 24 時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新されます。購入内容の確認・解約は、App Store アカウントの設定から行えます。本アプリのライセンスは、Apple の標準使用許諾契約（EULA）に準拠します。https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
4. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性・正確性・継続的な提供を保証するものではありません。提供者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じたいかなる損害についても、法律で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
5. 知的財産
本アプリおよびそのコンテンツに関する権利は、提供者に帰属します。
6. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。
7. 規約の変更
提供者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはこのページにて告知します。変更後に本アプリを継続して利用された場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app "Kizashi" (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
The provider grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App. Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the App is prohibited.
2. Not Medical Advice (Important)
Kizashi is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. Its findings are statistical correlations in your own data, not statements of cause and effect. Do not start, stop, or change any treatment, medication, or health behavior based solely on the App. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Use the App at your own risk.
3. Subscriptions & Purchases
The App offers auto-renewable monthly and yearly subscriptions, as well as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can view and manage purchases in your App Store account settings. 4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or continued availability. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its content are owned by the provider.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
7. Changes
The provider may revise these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
