兆し (Kizashi)（以下「本アプリ」）は、iPhone にすでにある健康記録から、あなたにだけ当てはまる統計的なパターン（「兆し」）を静かに探し、小さなセルフチェックで確かめる手助けをする、完全に端末内で動くパーソナル発見アプリです。アカウントもサーバーもなく、以下に記載する場合を除き、あなたのデータが端末から外に出ることはありません。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報について説明します。

1. 収集しない情報

本アプリは、以下を含むユーザー情報を収集しません。当社のサーバーへの送信も行いません。アカウント登録も不要です。

2. ヘルスケアデータ（Apple HealthKit）— 本アプリの中核入力

あなたの許可がある場合に限り、本アプリは Apple の「ヘルスケア」から日々の健康指標を読み取り専用（本アプリがヘルスケアに書き込むことは決してありません）で取得します。対象となりうる指標には、睡眠（時間・段階・タイミング）、歩数、心拍数、心拍変動（HRV）、安静時心拍数、アクティブエネルギー、ワークアウト、呼吸数、手首の温度、日光を浴びた時間、体重などが含まれます。

これらはすべて相関を計算するためだけに読み取られ、お使いの端末内で完結して処理されます。当社のサーバーや第三者に送信されることは一切ありません。各カテゴリの読み取り許可は、「ヘルスケア」アプリまたは iOS の「設定」からいつでも確認・取り消しできます。

3. 天気（Apple WeatherKit）

天気とあなたの体の記録に関係があるかを確かめるため、本アプリは Apple WeatherKit を通じて、おおよその位置に対応する天気データを取得することがあります。その際、天気を取得するためにおおまかな位置・地域の情報が Apple へ送信されます。これは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従って Apple が取り扱います。取得した天気は端末内での相関分析にのみ使用し、行動追跡や広告配信には一切使用しません。（この機能は任意であり、現在のバージョンでは既定でオフです。）

4. カレンダー（Apple EventKit・任意）

カレンダーへのアクセスを許可した場合に限り、本アプリは予定の件数や密度・時間帯（タイトルや内容ではありません）を読み取り、忙しさが睡眠や体調に関係しているかを確かめます。この処理は端末内で完結し、外部に送信されることはありません。アクセスは iOS の「設定」からいつでも取り消せます。

5. 端末内にのみ保存される情報（SwiftData / UserDefaults）

以下の情報は、お使いの iPhone 内にのみ保存され、当社のサーバーには一切送信されません。

アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも端末から削除されます。なお、あなたが作成する iCloud / iTunes の端末バックアップにこのデータが含まれることがあります（その取り扱いは Apple のポリシーに従います）。

6. 受診用サマリー（PDF）

本アプリは、あなたの発見をまとめた PDF をお使いの端末内で生成でき、必要に応じて医療従事者と共有できます。この PDF は端末内で作成され、あなた自身が iOS の共有シートから明示的に書き出した場合にのみ共有されます。当社がこれを受け取ることはありません。重要 — このサマリーおよび本アプリは、医学的診断ではなく、医療機器でもありません。本アプリが示すのは相関であって、原因ではありません。

7. 通知について

本アプリの通知（セルフチェックのチェックインのお知らせ等）は、端末内で完結するローカル通知のみを使用します。プッシュ用のサーバーは使用せず、外部への送信も行いません。通知は iOS の「設定」からいつでもオフにできます。

8. App 内課金について

本アプリの購入（月額／年額のサブスクリプション、および買い切りのライフタイム）処理は Apple StoreKit を経由します。当社は購入者の Apple ID、クレジットカード情報、決済情報にアクセスできません。これらは Apple のポリシーに従って Apple が取り扱います。

9. 健康情報に関する注意（重要）

兆し (Kizashi) は自己理解のためのツールであり、医療サービスではありません。いかなる疾患の診断・治療・予防も行いません。本アプリが示すのは統計的な相関であって、医学的な助言ではありません。医療上の判断については、必ず医療従事者にご相談ください。

10. 子どもの情報について

本アプリは、13 歳未満の子どもから個人情報を収集することを意図していません。上記の通り、個人情報の収集自体を行いません。

11. ポリシーの変更について

本ポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはこのページにて告知します。

Kizashi is a fully on-device personal discovery app. From the health records already on your iPhone, it quietly looks for statistical patterns ("signs") that hold true for you — and helps you verify them with small self-tests. There is no account, no server, and no data leaves your device except as described below. This policy explains how the app handles information.

1. Data we do not collect

The app does not collect the following, and does not transmit them to our servers. No account is required.

2. Health data (Apple HealthKit) — the core input

With your permission, the app reads daily health metrics from Apple Health on a read-only basis — it never writes anything to Health. These may include sleep (duration, stages, timing), steps, heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, active energy, workouts, respiratory rate, wrist temperature, time in daylight, and body mass.

All of this is read only to compute correlations, is processed entirely on your device, and is never sent to our servers or any third party. You can review or revoke each category anytime in the Health app or iOS Settings.

3. Weather (Apple WeatherKit)

To test whether weather relates to your body's records, the app may request weather data for your approximate location via Apple WeatherKit. To do so, coarse location / region information is sent to Apple to retrieve the weather; this is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. It is used only for on-device correlation — never for tracking or advertising. (This is optional and off by default in the current version.)

4. Calendar (Apple EventKit, optional)

Only if you grant Calendar access, the app reads the number, density, and timing of your events — not their titles or contents — to test whether a busy schedule relates to your sleep or condition. This is processed on-device and never sent externally. You can revoke access anytime in iOS Settings.

5. Data stored on your device only (SwiftData / UserDefaults)

The following is stored only on your iPhone and is never sent to our servers:

Deleting the app removes this data from your device. Note that an iCloud/iTunes device backup you make may include this data, handled by Apple under Apple's policy.

6. Doctor-visit summary (PDF)

The app can generate, on your device, a PDF summary of your findings that you may choose to share with a healthcare professional. It is created locally and is only shared if you explicitly export it via the iOS share sheet. We never receive it. Important — this summary and the app are not a medical diagnosis and not a medical device. The app finds correlations, not causes.

7. Notifications

The app uses local notifications only (e.g. check-in reminders for a self-test). No push servers are used and nothing is sent externally. You can turn them off in iOS Settings.

8. In-App Purchases

Purchases — monthly and yearly subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime purchase — are processed by Apple StoreKit. We do not have access to your Apple ID, card, or payment details; Apple handles these under its policy.

9. Health information disclaimer (important)

Kizashi is a self-knowledge tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and its findings are statistical correlations, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.

10. Children

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. As noted above, it does not collect personal information at all.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may change without notice. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
