BARO's risk scores and insights are generated from weather conditions and information you choose to log. They are informational wellness indicators. BARO is not a medical device, a diagnosis, a prediction of a medical event, or a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have severe, sudden, unusual or concerning symptoms, seek appropriate medical care.
Weather data comes from Apple Weather and may be inaccurate or unavailable. Alerts are local notifications scheduled from data the app has already downloaded; iOS decides when background updates run, so BARO cannot monitor the weather continuously and alert timing is not guaranteed.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use BARO on devices associated with your Apple ID, as governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
BARO Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. All billing and refunds are handled by Apple; refund requests must be made to Apple.
Your check-ins are stored only on your device. You are responsible for your own backups; deleting the app deletes its local data. See the Privacy Policy.
BARO is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.
