本アプリは、個人情報を収集しません。開発者はサーバーを運用しておらず、利用者のデータを受け取ることはありません。アカウント登録・ログインは不要です。
これらは端末内のアプリ領域と、ウィジェットへ渡すための共有領域（App Group）に保存されます。本アプリを削除すると、これらの保存データも端末から削除されます。
利用者が明示的に許可した場合にかぎり、本アプリは以下のデータを利用します。
読み取り: 睡眠時間、歩数、アクティブエネルギー、安静時心拍数、体重、ビタミンC
用途は、利用者自身のビタミンC記録と並べて傾向を表示することだけです。
書き込み: ビタミンC（利用者が記録した摂取量をヘルスケアへ書き出します）
ヘルスケアから読み取ったデータは端末内でのみ処理し、外部に送信することは一切ありません。広告その他のマーケティング目的に利用することもありません。連携は設定からいつでもオフにでき、許可しなくても本アプリの主要な機能は利用できます。
iPhone と Apple Watch の間のやり取りは、Apple が提供する端末間の仕組み（Watch Connectivity）を通じて行われます。開発者のサーバーを経由することはありません。
本アプリは広告を表示しません。行動解析やクラッシュ収集のための外部SDKも組み込んでいません。あなたが本アプリをどう使ったかという情報を、開発者が集めることはありません。
本アプリは、App Tracking Transparency の対象となるトラッキングを行いません。
リマインダーは端末内でスケジュールされるローカル通知です。通知のためにサーバーへ情報を送ることはありません。
設定画面から、記録をCSVとして書き出すことができます。書き出し先は利用者が選択します。開発者はその内容を取得しません。
本アプリにApp内課金はありません。
本アプリは情報を収集しないため、第三者へ提供する情報がありません。
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に情報を収集することはありません。
本アプリは医療機器ではありません。表示される数値は、記録と一般的な栄養情報にもとづく推定であり、実際の血中濃度や健康状態を示すものではありません。診断・治療・予防を目的としたものではなく、医療上の助言に代わるものでもありません。体調に不安があるときは医療機関にご相談ください。

The App collects no personal information. There is no server, no account, and no sign-in. The developer never receives your data.
Your vitamin C intake records, goal and reminder settings, and the daily summary shown in widgets and on Apple Watch are stored only on your device (app container and App Group). Deleting the App removes them.
Only if you explicitly grant permission, the App reads sleep, steps, active energy, resting heart rate, body mass and dietary vitamin C, and writes dietary vitamin C. HealthKit data is processed on device only and is never transmitted anywhere, nor used for advertising or marketing. You can turn the integration off at any time, and the App's main features work without it.
No ads, no analytics SDKs, no crash reporting SDKs.
The App does not track you across apps or websites.
The App collects no information, so there is nothing to share.
The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
The App is not a medical device. All figures are estimates based on your own records and general nutritional information; they do not indicate actual blood concentration or health status. Consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns.
