本規約は、TripScape（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは、写真に記録された位置情報と、アプリに同梱された地図データを照合して、訪れた名所・市区町村を判定します。判定は目安であり、次のような場合に実際と異なることがあります。
本アプリの判定結果は、行政上の所在地を証明するものではありません。
収録している名所と地名は、一般に知られている場所を、その位置と地域を示すために表示しているものです。切手の絵柄はすべて本アプリのために描き起こした創作物であり、実在の郵便切手・風景印を複製したものではありません。各施設・団体との提携や、これらによる推薦を示すものでもありません。
本アプリで作られた記録は、すべて利用者の端末内に保存されます。権利は利用者に帰属し、開発者がこれを取得・利用することはありません。
本アプリには買い切りのApp内課金（地方アルバム 8 種／全国パス）があります。切手や風景印を集めること自体は無料で、購入するのは集めたものを整理して眺めるためのアルバムです。一度のお支払いで対象のアルバムが開き、月額・年額の自動更新はありません。決済および返金は Apple の定めるところによります。同じ Apple Account であれば、機種変更後も「購入を復元」で引き継げます。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。判定結果・到達率・地図の表示について、特定の精度を保証するものではありません。
本アプリの利用または利用できないことによって生じた損害について、法令上許される範囲で、開発者は責任を負いません。端末の故障・紛失・アプリの削除等によるデータ消失についても同様です。
開発者は、事前の予告なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。収録する名所・地名は、更新にともない追加・変更されることがあります。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These terms govern your use of TripScape ("the App"). By using the App you agree to them.
The App matches the location recorded in your photos against map data bundled inside it. Results are a guide and may differ from reality — for example when a photo has no location, when the recorded location is imprecise, when a photo was taken near a boundary, or when municipal mergers are not yet reflected in the bundled data. Results do not certify any administrative location.
The landmarks and place names included are well-known locations, shown to indicate where you have been. All stamp artwork was created for this App; it does not reproduce real postage stamps or real Japanese scenic postmarks, and implies no affiliation with or endorsement by any facility or organisation.
Everything the App creates stays on your device. It belongs to you, and the developer never obtains or uses it.
The App offers one-time purchases (eight regional albums and an All-Japan Pass). Collecting is free; what you buy is the album that holds and displays your collection. Nothing auto-renews. Payment and refunds are handled by Apple. On the same Apple Account you can carry purchases to a new device with "Restore purchases".
The App is provided as is. No particular accuracy of matching, coverage or map display is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App, including data loss from device failure, loss, or deletion of the App.
The developer may change or discontinue the App without prior notice. The set of included places may change with updates.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
