本規約は、PRINT DOT（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリに取り込んだ写真、および本アプリで作った作品の権利は、すべて利用者に帰属します。開発者がこれらを取得・利用することはありません。作品は商用・非商用を問わず自由にご利用いただけます。
ただし、他人の著作権・肖像権・その他の権利を侵害する写真の取り込みや、法令に違反する用途での利用はご遠慮ください。利用者が取り込む写真の権利関係について、開発者は責任を負いません。
本アプリには買い切りのApp内課金「PRINT DOT Premium」（日本での価格 ¥980、地域により異なります）があります。サブスクリプションではなく、自動更新はありません。一度の購入で継続してご利用いただけます。
プレミアムでは、すべての DOT STYLE・COLOR・PAPER、高解像度／原寸での保存、透かしなしでの保存が解放されます。無料のままでも、一部のスタイル・カラー・紙質と、標準サイズ（長辺 2048px・透かしあり）での保存をご利用いただけます。
購入・返金の手続きは Apple の定めに従います。返金は Apple へ直接お申し出ください。開発者から返金を行うことはできません。同じ Apple Account であれば、機種を変えても設定の「購入を復元」から再度ご利用いただけます。
本アプリのデータ（作品・設定）は端末内にのみ保存され、クラウド同期は行いません。アプリの削除、端末の初期化・故障・紛失によりデータが失われる場合があります。端末のバックアップをご利用いただくか、大切な作品は写真ライブラリに保存してください。開発者はデータの復旧について責任を負いません。
本アプリの逆コンパイル、改変、再配布、および法令に違反する利用を禁止します。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。ドット化の結果は元の写真の内容・解像度・端末の状況により変わり、特定の仕上がりや印刷結果を保証するものではありません。
本アプリの利用または利用できないことによって生じた損害について、法令上許される範囲で、開発者は責任を負いません。
開発者は、事前の予告なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These terms govern your use of PRINT DOT (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to them.
You retain all rights to the photos you import and the artwork you create. The developer never obtains or uses them. You may use your artwork freely, commercially or otherwise.
Please do not import photos that infringe the copyright, likeness rights, or other rights of others, and do not use the App in violation of applicable law. The developer is not responsible for the rights status of photos you import.
"PRINT DOT Premium" is a one-time purchase (¥980 in Japan; prices vary by region). It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Premium unlocks every DOT STYLE, COLOR and PAPER, high-resolution and original-size export, and export without the watermark. Without it you can still use a subset of styles, colors and papers and export at standard size (2048px long edge, with watermark).
Purchases and refunds follow Apple's terms; refund requests go to Apple, not the developer. On the same Apple Account you can restore your purchase for free via "Restore purchase" in Settings.
App data (artwork and settings) is stored only on your device; there is no cloud sync. Deleting the App, or resetting, damaging, or losing your device may result in data loss. Please use device backups, or save artwork you care about to your photo library. The developer is not responsible for data recovery.
Do not decompile, modify, or redistribute the App, or use it in violation of applicable law.
The App is provided "as is". Results depend on the content and resolution of your source photo and on your device; no particular look or print outcome is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
The developer may change or discontinue the App without prior notice. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
