本規約は、はなあるき（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
開発者は、本規約に従うことを条件に、本アプリを個人的に使用する非独占的な権利をお客様に許諾します。本アプリの複製、改変、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布は認められません。本アプリに同梱された植物の画像および解説文の権利は開発者に帰属し、アプリの外へ取り出して利用することはできません。
本アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、6種類の植物をそのままご利用いただけます。残る12種類は「花壇パック」の買い切り購入（非消耗型App内課金）により解放されます。継続課金（サブスクリプション）はありません。購入は App Store を通じて行われ、価格の表示・決済・領収はすべて Apple が行います。購入時と同じ Apple Account でサインインしていれば、機種変更後や再インストール後も設定画面の「購入を復元」からいつでも復元できます。返金の可否と手続きは Apple の規約に従い、開発者は返金を行う立場にありません。
「花壇パック」で解放される植物は、購入時点で本アプリに同梱されている12種類です。将来追加される可能性のあるパックは含みません。購入後は、解放された植物を回数の制限なく繰り返し育てられます。
本アプリは Apple の「ヘルスケア」から歩数を読み取り、育てている株の進み具合に反映します。歩数の取得元は iOS であり、その正確さは開発者の管理下にありません。端末を持たずに歩いた分、手入力された歩数（本アプリは集計から除外します）、iOS 側の集計の遅れなどにより、体感と表示が一致しないことがあります。
いちど到達した段階が、あとから歩数の再集計によって取り消されることはありません。日ごとのリセットや、放置による枯死もありません。
本アプリは歩数を植物の進み具合に読み替えて表示するものであり、医療機器ではなく、診断・治療・予防を目的とするものではありません。運動量や健康状態の判断に用いないでください。健康上の判断は医療専門職にご相談ください。
歩きながら画面を見る行為は危険です。周囲の状況、交通、天候に十分ご注意のうえ、安全な場所で操作してください。本アプリの利用中に生じた事故・損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。
本アプリに収録した植物の画像と解説文は、その段階で目に見える姿を説明する観察の手引きであり、栽培指導・植物学上の同定・食用や薬用に関する助言ではありません。実際の植物は品種・環境・季節によって姿が異なります。屋外で見かけた植物の同定、可食性、安全性の判断には用いないでください。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリが中断なく動作すること、または特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、法律で認められる範囲において開発者は責任を負いません。
育てている株や観察の記録は端末内にのみ保存されます。本アプリを削除すると、これらの記録は失われ、復元できません。
本規約を変更した場合は、本ページの発効日を更新して掲載します。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These terms govern your use of Hanaaruki (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to them.
Subject to these terms, the developer grants you a non-exclusive right to use the App for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App. The plant images and written notes bundled with the App remain the developer’s property and may not be extracted for use outside the App.
The App is free to download and includes six plants. The remaining twelve are unlocked by the “Flowerbed Pack”, a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. There is no subscription. Purchases go through the App Store; pricing, payment, and receipts are handled entirely by Apple. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple Account, you can restore the purchase at any time from “Restore Purchases” in settings, including after a new device or a reinstall. Refunds are governed by Apple’s terms; the developer is not in a position to issue them.
The Flowerbed Pack unlocks the twelve plants bundled with the App at the time of purchase. It does not include any packs that may be added in the future. Once unlocked, you may grow those plants as many times as you like.
The App reads your step count from Apple Health and applies it to the plant you are growing. The steps come from iOS, and their accuracy is outside the developer’s control. Walking without your device, manually entered samples (which the App excludes), and delays in the system’s own aggregation can all make the displayed progress differ from what you expect.
A stage you have already reached is never taken back by a later recount. There is no daily reset, and plants never wither from neglect.
The App translates a step count into a plant’s progress. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Do not rely on it to judge your activity level or your health. Consult a healthcare professional for health decisions.
Looking at a screen while walking is dangerous. Pay attention to your surroundings, to traffic, and to the weather, and use the App where it is safe to do so. The developer is not responsible for accidents or damages arising from use of the App.
The images and notes in the App are an observation guide to what is visible at each stage — not growing instructions, botanical identification, or advice about edibility or medicinal use. Real plants vary by cultivar, environment, and season. Do not use the App to identify a plant you find outdoors or to judge whether it is safe to eat or handle.
The App is provided “as is”. The developer does not warrant that it will operate without interruption or that it is fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
Your current plant and observation records are stored only on your device. Deleting the App removes them permanently, with no way to recover them.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
