はなあるき（以下「本アプリ」）は、歩いた歩数の累計にあわせて植物の姿が進んでいく観察アプリです。本アプリは個人情報を収集せず、いかなるデータも開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。開発者が運営するサーバーは存在しません。アカウント登録もログインも不要です。
本アプリは個人を特定できる情報を一切収集しません。利用状況の解析も行っていません。育てている株、到達した段階、観察の記録、アプリの設定はお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、開発者や第三者がアクセスすることはありません。
本アプリは、Apple の「ヘルスケア」から歩数のみを読み取ります。読み取った歩数は、育てている株をどこまで進めるかの計算に端末内で使うだけです。歩数を含むヘルスケアのデータが端末の外へ出ることはありません。
本アプリはヘルスケアへの書き込みを一切行わず、書き込み権限も要求しません。心拍・体重・睡眠など、歩数以外のヘルスケアデータを読むこともありません。手入力された歩数は集計から除外します。
歩数へのアクセスは iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > ヘルスケア」からいつでも取り消せます。許可しない場合でも本アプリは起動し、図鑑や解説はご覧いただけますが、株は進みません。
本アプリは位置情報を取得しません。カメラや写真ライブラリにもアクセスしません。連絡先・カレンダー・マイクなども使用しません。
ホーム画面のウィジェットに表示する内容（植物名・段階名・画像の指定・歩数の表示設定）は、同じ端末内の App Group（group.com.hanaaruki.app）を通じてウィジェットへ渡されます。これは同一端末内でのやり取りで、外部へ送信されることはありません。ウィジェットに歩数の数値を出すかどうかは、アプリの設定で切り替えられます。
植物の写実的な画像と解説文は、すべてアプリに同梱されています。表示のために画像や文章をダウンロードすることはなく、本アプリが通信を行う場面はありません（課金を除く。第7項）。
育てている株、到達した段階、観察の記録、設定は、本アプリの中（端末内）にのみ保存されます。本アプリは独自のクラウド同期やアカウント連携を行わないため、本アプリを削除すると、これらの記録はすべて失われます。本アプリがこれらを iCloud にバックアップすることはありません。
「花壇パック」（12種類の植物を追加する買い切り）の購入・復元は Apple の App Store（StoreKit）を通じて処理されます。お支払い情報は Apple が管理し、本アプリが取得・保存することはありません。本アプリ自身がネットワークを利用するのは、この App Store とのやり取り（購入・購入の復元）に限られます。定期購読はありません。
本アプリは広告SDK・解析SDK・クラッシュ収集SDKなどの第三者製ソフトウェア開発キットを一切組み込んでいません。ユーザーをトラッキングせず、IDFA 等の広告識別子も取得しません。第三者と共有・販売するデータもありません。
アプリ内の設定から、端末に保存されている記録をまとめて削除できます。端末から本アプリを削除した場合も、アプリが保存していたデータはすべて端末から削除されます。ヘルスケアに記録されているあなたの歩数そのものは本アプリの管理下になく、削除の対象にはなりません。
本アプリは歩数を植物の進み具合に読み替えて表示するだけのもので、医療機器ではなく、診断・治療・予防を目的とするものではありません。健康上の判断は医療専門職にご相談ください。
本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、年齢を問わず安全にご利用いただけます。

Hanaaruki (the “App”) is an observation app in which your cumulative step count carries a plant through twelve stages. The App collects no personal information and sends no data to the developer’s servers — the developer operates no server at all. No account or sign-in is required.
The App collects no personally identifiable information and contains no usage analytics. The plant you are growing, the stages you have reached, your observation records, and your settings are stored only on your device, where neither the developer nor any third party can access them.
The App reads your step count, and nothing else, from Apple Health. Those steps are used on device only, to work out how far the plant you are growing has progressed. No Health data ever leaves your device.
The App never writes to Health and does not request write access. It does not read heart rate, weight, sleep, or any other Health data type. Manually entered step samples are excluded from the total.
You can revoke step access at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Health. If you decline, the App still opens and you can browse the catalog and the written stage notes, but plants will not advance.
The App does not access your location. It does not access the camera or your photo library, and it does not use contacts, calendars, or the microphone.
What the home-screen widget shows — plant name, stage name, which image to draw, and whether to display step numbers — is handed to the widget through an App Group (group.com.hanaaruki.app) on the same device. Nothing is transmitted off the device. You can turn the step numbers on the widget on or off in the App’s settings.
The photoreal plant images and the written notes are all bundled inside the App. Nothing is downloaded in order to display them, and the App makes no network requests to show content (see section 7 for purchases).
Your current plant, reached stages, observation records, and settings are stored inside the App on your device only. The App has no cloud sync and no account, so deleting the App permanently removes these records. The App does not back them up to iCloud.
Buying and restoring the “Flowerbed Pack” (a one-time purchase that adds twelve plants) is handled by Apple’s App Store (StoreKit). Payment details are managed by Apple; the App never receives or stores them. The only network activity the App itself initiates is this App Store communication (purchase and restore). There is no subscription.
The App includes no third-party SDKs of any kind — no advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting frameworks. It does not track you and does not access advertising identifiers such as the IDFA. No data is shared with or sold to third parties.
You can delete the records stored on your device from within the App’s settings. Removing the App from your device also deletes everything it stored. The step data recorded in Health belongs to Health, not to the App, and is not affected.
The App simply translates a step count into a plant’s progress. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Consult a healthcare professional for health decisions.
Because the App collects no personal information, it is safe to use at any age.
