本規約は、FAULTCAM（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
開発者は、本規約に従うことを条件に、本アプリを個人的に使用する非独占的な権利をお客様に許諾します。本アプリの複製、改変、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布は認められません。
本アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、一部の機能は「FAULTCAM Pro」の買い切り購入（非消耗型App内課金）により解放されます。継続課金（サブスクリプション）はありません。購入は App Store を通じて行われ、価格の表示・決済・領収はすべて Apple が行います。購入時と同じ Apple Account でサインインしていれば、機種変更後や再インストール後も設定画面の「購入を復元」からいつでも復元できます。返金の可否と手続きは Apple の規約に従い、開発者は返金を行う立場にありません。
本アプリで撮影・加工した写真の権利は、元の写真の権利者であるお客様に帰属します。開発者はお客様の写真に対していかなる権利も主張しません。本アプリに同梱されたアイコン・作例・その他の素材の権利は開発者に帰属します。
本アプリに登場する個体ID（M-01、G-02、C-03、A-04、V-05、X-06）およびその特性は、実在の製品を計測・再現したものではない架空の表現です。本アプリは特定メーカーのカメラ、撮像素子、レンズを再現するものではなく、いかなる企業・ブランドとも提携・後援関係にありません。「故障」は演出上の表現であり、実際の機器の不具合を診断・再現するものではありません。
加工前の原本と履歴は本アプリの中（端末内）にのみ保存されます。本アプリは独自のクラウド同期・バックアップを行いません。本アプリの削除、端末の初期化・故障・紛失により、アプリ内のデータは失われます。残しておきたい写真は、アプリ内から写真ライブラリへ保存してください。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる損害（データの消失、加工結果が期待と異なることを含む）についても責任を負いません。重要な写真は必ず元データを保持してください。本アプリは写真ライブラリ内の元の写真を変更しません。
開発者は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。提供終了後も、すでに端末にインストールされた本アプリの利用を直ちに妨げるものではありません。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms govern your use of FAULTCAM (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to them.
Subject to these terms, the developer grants you a non-exclusive right to use the App for personal purposes. Copying, modifying, decompiling, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the App is not permitted.
The App is free to download; some features are unlocked by a one-time purchase (non-consumable in-app purchase) called “FAULTCAM Pro.” There is no subscription. Purchases are made through the App Store, and Apple handles all pricing, payment, and receipts. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase, you can restore it at any time from “Restore Purchases” in Settings — including after a new device or a reinstall. Refunds are governed by Apple’s terms and are issued by Apple; the developer cannot process refunds.
You retain all rights to the photos you capture or process with the App. The developer claims no rights over your photos. The icon, sample images, and other assets bundled with the App remain the property of the developer.
The unit IDs in the App (M-01, G-02, C-03, A-04, V-05, X-06) and their characteristics are fictional creative interpretations, not measurements or reproductions of any real product. The App does not reproduce any specific manufacturer’s camera, image sensor, or lens, and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any company or brand. “Fault” is an aesthetic device; the App does not diagnose or replicate defects in real equipment.
Unprocessed originals and history are stored inside the App on your device only. The App provides no cloud sync or backup of its own. Deleting the App, or erasing, damaging, or losing your device, will destroy that data. Save any photo you want to keep to your photo library from within the App.
The App is provided “as is.” The developer is not liable for any damages arising from its use, including data loss or results that differ from your expectations. Always keep your own copies of important photos. The App does not alter the originals in your photo library.
The developer may change the App or discontinue it without prior notice. Discontinuation does not, by itself, immediately prevent use of a copy already installed on your device.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the App.
