FAULTCAM（以下「本アプリ」）は、古いデジタルカメラの写りと、故障したセンサーの癖を模した画像処理をすべてお使いの端末内で行うカメラアプリです。本アプリは個人情報を収集せず、写真を含むいかなるデータも開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。アカウント登録もログインも不要です。
本アプリは個人を特定できる情報を一切収集しません。開発者が運営するサーバーはなく、利用状況の解析も行っていません。撮影・読み込んだ写真、加工結果、履歴、個体（センサー）の設定、アプリの設定はお使いの端末内にのみ保存または処理され、開発者や第三者がアクセスすることはありません。
撮影機能を使うときにのみ、カメラへのアクセス許可を求めます。カメラ映像はプレビューと撮影のために端末内で処理されるだけで、録画・送信・保管は行いません。許可しない場合でも、写真を読み込んで加工する機能はご利用いただけます。
写真の読み込みには Apple 標準の写真ピッカーを使用します。この方式ではあなたが選んだ写真だけが本アプリに渡され、写真ライブラリ全体への読み取り権限は必要ありません。加工した写真をライブラリへ保存するときにのみ、「写真への追加」（追加のみ）の許可を求めます。本アプリが写真ライブラリの中身を読み取ることはなく、元の写真を変更・削除することもありません。
センサー個体ごとの色の偏り、階調の崩れ、ノイズ、にじみ、古いレンズ・光学系に由来する描写などの処理は、すべて端末内の Core Image と Metal で実行されます。写真がクラウドへ送信されることはなく、生成AIによる画像生成やサーバー処理も行いません。
書き出した画像から位置情報（GPS）は常に取り除かれます。元画像の EXIF をそのまま引き継ぐことはせず、メーカー情報・所有者情報・埋め込みサムネイルも含めません。
撮影・加工した写真の原本と履歴、作成した個体、アプリの設定は、本アプリの中（端末内）にのみ保存されます。本アプリは独自のクラウド同期やアカウント連携を行わないため、本アプリを削除すると、アプリ内に保存されていた原本・履歴・個体はすべて失われます。本アプリがこれらを iCloud にバックアップすることはありません。残しておきたい写真は、アプリ内から写真ライブラリへ保存してください。
写真ライブラリへ保存した画像は、お使いの端末の「iCloud 写真」の設定に従って同期される場合があります。これは Apple の標準機能であり、本アプリの管理下にはありません。
「FAULTCAM Pro」の購入・復元は Apple の App Store（StoreKit）を通じて処理されます。お支払い情報は Apple が管理し、本アプリが取得・保存することはありません。本アプリ自身がネットワークを利用するのは、この App Store とのやり取り（購入・購入の復元）に限られます。写真の保存に伴う iCloud 写真の同期は、前項のとおり iOS の機能によるものです。
本アプリは広告SDK・解析SDK・クラッシュ収集SDKなどの第三者製ソフトウェア開発キットを一切組み込んでいません。ユーザーをトラッキングせず、IDFA 等の広告識別子も取得しません。第三者と共有・販売するデータもありません。
履歴の写真や作成した個体は、アプリ内でいつでも削除できます。履歴から削除すると端末内の原本も併せて削除されます（すでに写真ライブラリへ保存した写真は削除されません）。端末から本アプリを削除すると、アプリ内に保存されているすべてのデータが端末から削除されます。
本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、年齢を問わず安全にご利用いただけます。

FAULTCAM (the “App”) is a camera app that recreates the look of an older digital camera with a faulty image sensor. All image processing runs on your device. The App collects no personal information and sends no data — including your photos — to the developer’s servers. No account or sign-in is required.
The App collects no personally identifiable information. The developer operates no server, and the App contains no usage analytics. Photos you capture or import, processed results, your history, the sensor units you create, and app settings are stored and processed only on your device, where neither the developer nor any third party can access them.
The App asks for camera permission only when you start using the shooting feature. The camera feed is processed on device for live preview and capture only; it is never recorded, transmitted, or retained. If you decline, you can still import photos from your library and process them.
Importing uses Apple’s standard photo picker, which hands the App only the photos you select — no read access to your library is required. The App requests add-only photo permission solely when you save a processed image. The App never reads the contents of your photo library and never modifies or deletes your original photos.
Per-unit color shifts, tonal breakdown, noise, bleeding, and the optical character of older camera systems are all computed on device with Core Image and Metal. Photos are never uploaded to a cloud service, and the App performs no generative-AI image creation or server-side rendering.
Exported images always have location data (GPS) removed. The App does not copy the source EXIF wholesale, and no maker notes, owner information, or embedded thumbnails are written.
Originals and history for the photos you take or process, the units you create, and your settings are stored inside the App on your device only. The App has no cloud sync and no account, so deleting the App permanently removes the originals, history, and units it held. The App does not back this data up to iCloud. To keep a photo, save it to your photo library from within the App.
Images you save to the photo library may sync according to your device’s iCloud Photos settings. That is an Apple system feature and is outside the App’s control.
Buying and restoring “FAULTCAM Pro” is handled by Apple’s App Store (StoreKit). Payment details are managed by Apple; the App never receives or stores them. The only network activity the App itself initiates is this App Store communication (purchase and restore). Any iCloud Photos syncing that follows a save is an iOS system function, as described above.
The App includes no third-party SDKs of any kind — no advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting frameworks. It does not track you and does not access advertising identifiers such as the IDFA. No data is shared with or sold to third parties.
You can delete history photos and units at any time inside the App. Deleting from history also deletes the on-device original (photos you already saved to your photo library are untouched). Removing the App from your device deletes all data it stored.
Because the App collects no personal information, it is safe to use at any age.
