本規約は、Creatine Tank（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは、利用者自身が入力した記録と、一般的な情報にもとづく推定を表示するものです。表示される「推定飽和レベル」「推定フル到達までの日数」「状態（Building、Saturated など）」は、いずれも目安であり、体内のクレアチン量や健康状態を測定・断定するものではありません。
本アプリは、病気の診断・治療・予防を目的としたものではなく、医師その他の専門家による助言に代わるものでもありません。サプリメントの摂取量については、製品の表示および医療機関の指示に従ってください。持病や服薬がある場合、体調に不安があるときは医療機関にご相談ください。
本アプリで記録したデータは、すべて利用者の端末内に保存されます。権利は利用者に帰属し、開発者がこれを取得・利用することはありません。
本アプリには買い切りのApp内課金「Creatine Tank Pro」があります。一度のお支払いで対象機能が解放され、月額・年額の自動更新はありません。決済および返金は Apple の定めるところによります。同じ Apple Account であれば、機種変更後も「購入を復元」で引き継げます。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。推定値は一般的な傾向にもとづく計算であり、個人差・体調・製品の違いにより実際とは異なります。特定の精度を保証するものではありません。
本アプリの利用または利用できないことによって生じた損害について、法令上許される範囲で、開発者は責任を負いません。端末の故障・紛失・アプリの削除等によるデータ消失についても同様です。大切な記録は、設定画面からCSVで書き出して保管することをおすすめします。
開発者は、事前の予告なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These terms govern your use of Creatine Tank ("the App"). By using the App you agree to them.
The App shows estimates calculated from what you log and from general information. The "estimated saturation", "estimated time to full" and the phase labels are guides only. They do not measure the creatine in your body or your health status.
The App is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and does not replace advice from a doctor or other professional. Follow the product label and your healthcare provider's instructions regarding supplement amounts.
Everything you log stays on your device. It belongs to you, and the developer never obtains or uses it.
Creatine Tank Pro is a one-time purchase. Nothing auto-renews. Payment and refunds are handled by Apple. On the same Apple Account you can carry the purchase to a new device with "Restore purchase".
The App is provided as is. Estimates are based on general patterns and will differ from reality depending on the individual, their condition and the product used. No particular accuracy is guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App, including data loss from device failure, loss, or deletion of the App. Export your logs as CSV if you want to keep them.
The developer may change or discontinue the App without prior notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
