Crayon Folio 利用規約

1. 適用

本規約は、青木一成 (Kazunari Aoki)(以下「当方」)が提供する iOS アプリ「Crayon Folio」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意されたものとみなします。

2. サービスの内容

本アプリは、写真を端末の中でクレヨンの絵にし、1日1ページの日記として残すアプリです。スタンプ、カレンダー、まとめ描き、iCloud 同期、バックアップ、毎日のお知らせの機能があります。取り扱いの詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

3. 無料で使える範囲と App 内課金

ページは無料でいくらでも描けます。無料では「やさしい」描き方、スタンプ3つまで、直近7日のまとめ描きが使えます。共有用の動画には小さくアプリ名が入ります。最初の7ページは4つの描き方をすべて試せます。
本アプリには買い切り(非消耗型)の App 内課金「クレヨン箱」があります。自動更新されるサブスクリプションではありません。クレヨン箱では、4つの描き方すべて、スタンプの数の制限なし、動画の透かしなし、期間を問わないまとめ描きが使えます。
価格は App Store の表示に従います。購入・復元は Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。復元は購入時と同じ Apple Account で行ってください。
購入・返金の取り扱いは Apple の規約に従います。返金が通知された場合は無料の範囲に戻りますが、描いたページやスタンプを当方が削除することはありません。

4. 絵と天気について

クレヨンの絵は写真をもとに自動で描くもので、仕上がりは写真によって異なります。天気は Apple の天気サービスのデータによる目安です。天気のデータは Apple Weather によるものです。

5. あなたの写真について

写真と、そこから描いた絵に関する権利は、あなた、または本来の権利者に帰属します。当方がこれらを取得・閲覧・利用することはありません。ご自身以外の方が写る写真を共有する場合は、その方の同意を得てください。

6. 禁止事項

他人の権利・プライバシーを侵害する写真の取り込み・共有
法令または公序良俗に反する目的での利用
本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、課金の制限を回避する行為

7. 免責

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当方は、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、当方に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

端末の紛失・故障や iCloud の設定によってデータが失われることがあります。設定の「バックアップを書き出す」で控えを作っておくことをおすすめします。

8. サービスの変更・終了

当方は、本アプリの内容を予告なく変更し、また提供を終了することがあります。

9. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Crayon Folio Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the iOS app "Crayon Folio" provided by Kazunari Aoki ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to them.

2. The service

The App turns photos into crayon drawings on your device and keeps them as a one-page-a-day diary, with stamps, a calendar, catch-up drawing, iCloud sync, backup and a daily reminder. See the Privacy Policy.

3. What's free, and in-app purchase

Drawing pages is free and unlimited. The free version includes the "Soft" style, up to 3 stamps and catch-up for the last 7 days; shared videos carry a small app name. Your first 7 pages can use all four styles.
The App offers a one-time (non-consumable) purchase, the "Crayon Box". It is not an auto-renewing subscription. It unlocks all four styles, unlimited stamps, videos without the watermark and catch-up for any period.
Prices are as shown in the App Store. Purchases and restores are handled by Apple; restore with the same Apple Account you bought with.
Purchases and refunds are governed by Apple's terms. If a refund is reported, the App returns to the free range, but we never delete your pages or stamps.

4. Drawings and weather

Drawings are made automatically from your photos and vary with each photo. Weather is guidance based on Apple's weather service. Weather data is provided by Apple Weather.

5. Your photos

Rights in your photos and the drawings made from them remain with you or the original rights holder. We never obtain, view or use them. Please get consent before sharing photos of other people.

6. Prohibited conduct

Importing or sharing photos that infringe others' rights or privacy
Use for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public order and morals
Reverse engineering the App or circumventing purchase limits

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided as is. We are not liable for damages arising from its use except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Data can be lost through loss or failure of a device or through iCloud settings. We recommend keeping a copy with "Export backup" in Settings.

8. Changes and discontinuation

We may change or discontinue the App without notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court with jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
