よくある質問

写真はどこかに送られますか？: 外部のAIには送りません。クレヨンの絵は端末の中で描いています。iCloud にサインインしている場合は、あなたの iCloud に日記が同期されます(開発者は見られません)。
iPad や Mac でも同じ日記を見られますか？: 同じ Apple ID で iCloud にサインインしていれば、自動で同期されます。絵は文字より少し遅れて届くことがあります。
機種変更のときは？: iCloud 同期を使っていれば、新しい端末でアプリを入れるだけで日記が戻ります。設定の「バックアップを書き出す」で作ったZIPを、新しい端末の「バックアップから読み込む」で戻すこともできます。
クレヨン箱を買ったのに使えません: 設定 →「購入を復元」を押してください。購入時と同じ Apple Account でサインインしている必要があります。
お知らせが届きません: その日のページがもう描いてある日は届きません。iPhone の「設定 → 通知 → Crayon Folio」で通知が許可されているかご確認ください。
天気が入りません: 撮影場所が記録されていない写真では天気を調べられません。カメラで撮る場合は、位置情報の利用を許可すると天気が入ります。

Are my photos sent anywhere?: Never to an outside AI — the crayon drawings are made on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, your diary syncs to your own iCloud (the developer cannot see it).
Can I see the same diary on iPad or Mac?: Yes — with the same Apple ID signed in to iCloud, it syncs automatically. Drawings may arrive a little after the text.
Moving to a new device?: With iCloud sync, just install the App and your diary comes back. You can also export a ZIP with "Export backup" in Settings and bring it back with "Import backup".
I bought the Crayon Box but it isn't unlocked: Tap Settings → "Restore purchase", signed in with the Apple Account you bought with.
The reminder doesn't arrive: It is skipped on days you have already drawn. Check that notifications are allowed in Settings → Notifications → Crayon Folio.
No weather on my page: Weather needs the place where the photo was taken. When taking a photo with the camera, allow location access to add the weather.
