お問い合わせ時にお知らせください
端末機種、iOSバージョン、アプリバージョン、問題が起きた画面、再現手順をお知らせください。健康データそのものをメールに添付する必要はありません。
ヘルスケアデータが表示されない
iPhoneの「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「ヘルスケア」→「からだ予報」で読み取り許可を確認してください。Apple Watchの同期直後は反映に時間がかかる場合があります。許可していない項目があっても、利用可能なデータだけで予報します。
天気を取得できない
位置情報の許可と通信状態をご確認ください。位置情報を許可しない場合は、オンボーディングまたは設定で都道府県庁所在地を手動選択できます。一時的に取得できない場合は端末内のキャッシュを使います。
Apple Watchは必須ですか
必須ではありません。WatchがあるとHRV、安静時心拍数など利用できる指標が増えますが、iPhoneだけでも睡眠・活動・天気・入力記録など利用可能な情報から予報します。
サブスクリプションの管理・解約・復元
iPhoneの「設定」→ご自身の名前→「サブスクリプション」から管理・解約できます。機種変更後はアプリの購入画面にある「購入を復元」をご利用ください。請求や返金はAppleへお問い合わせください。
データの書き出しと削除
Proでは設定画面からCSVを書き出せます。アプリ内データを端末から削除するには本アプリを削除してください。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
医療上の注意
本アプリは診断を行いません。強い症状、急な悪化、緊急性を感じる場合はアプリの表示にかかわらず医療機関へご相談ください。
What to include when contacting support
Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, the screen where the issue occurred, and steps to reproduce it. You do not need to attach your underlying health data.
Health data does not appear
Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Body Forecast and review read permissions. Apple Watch data may take time to sync. The app still works with whatever data is available.
Weather is unavailable
Check location permission and your connection. If you do not grant location access, choose a prefectural capital manually in onboarding or Settings. The app uses its on-device cache during temporary outages.
Is Apple Watch required?
No. A Watch provides more metrics such as HRV and resting heart rate, but the app can forecast from available iPhone, sleep, activity, weather, and logged information.
Manage, cancel, or restore a subscription
Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions to manage or cancel. After changing devices, use Restore Purchases on the app's purchase screen. Contact Apple for billing or refund requests.
Exporting and deleting data
Pro users can export CSV from Settings. Delete the App to remove its local app data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Medical notice
The App does not diagnose. If symptoms are severe, suddenly worsen, or feel urgent, seek professional medical care regardless of what the App displays.
