Privacy Policy
「からだ予報」（以下「本アプリ」）は、健康・行動・天気の情報を利用者本人の普段と比較し、今日のコンディション傾向を計算します。本アプリにアカウントや開発者運営のサーバーはなく、処理と保存は原則として端末内で完結します。
1. 開発者が収集しない情報
開発者は、氏名、メールアドレス、広告識別子、利用ログ、健康記録、位置情報、入力したカフェイン・飲酒・朝チェックを収集しません。広告、トラッキング、第三者解析SDKも使用しません。
2. Apple HealthKit
利用者が許可した場合に限り、睡眠、心拍変動（HRV）、安静時心拍数、呼吸数、手首の温度、血中酸素ウェルネス、歩数、エクササイズ時間、アクティブエネルギー、体重などを読み取ります。読み取り専用であり、ヘルスケアへの書き込みは行いません。取得した値と派生データは端末内でのみ予報計算・平常値計算に使用され、開発者や第三者へ送信されません。HealthKitデータを本アプリ独自のCloudKitや開発者サーバーへ保存することもありません。
3. 位置情報とApple WeatherKit
天気取得のため、許可された現在地または利用者が選んだ手動地点を使用します。現在地はApple WeatherKitへの天気リクエストに利用されます。手動地点と取得した天気キャッシュは端末内に保存される場合があります。開発者が位置情報を受信することはありません。Appleによる情報の取り扱いにはAppleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
4. 利用者が入力する情報
朝の調子、カフェイン、飲酒、生活リズム、通知時刻などは端末内に保存され、予報・履歴・残存カフェイン推定にのみ使われます。
5. 通知、課金、書き出し
- 朝の通知はiOSのローカル通知で、通知用サーバーは使用しません。
- サブスクリプションはApple StoreKitが処理します。開発者はApple IDやカード情報を受け取りません。
- CSVは端末内で生成され、利用者が共有シートから明示的に選んだ場合だけ外部へ渡ります。
6. 保存期間と削除
本アプリ内データはアプリのサンドボックスに保存されます。アプリを削除すると端末上の本アプリデータも削除されます。利用者が作成した端末バックアップに派生データが含まれる可能性があり、その管理にはAppleの方針が適用されます。
7. 医療情報に関する注意
本アプリは医療機器ではなく、診断・治療・予防を目的としません。表示は統計的な傾向であり、医療上の助言ではありません。
8. 子ども、変更、お問い合わせ
本アプリは個人情報を収集せず、13歳未満の子どもから個人情報を取得することを意図していません。本ポリシーを変更した場合はこのページを更新します。お問い合わせは aka023035+bodyforecast@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
Body Forecast compares health, behavior, and weather information with your own usual pattern to estimate today's condition trend. The app has no account and no developer-operated server. Processing and storage are designed to stay on your device.
1. Data the developer does not collect
The developer does not collect names, email addresses, advertising identifiers, usage logs, health records, location, caffeine or alcohol entries, or morning checks. The app contains no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDK.
2. Apple HealthKit
Only with your permission, the app reads metrics such as sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, wrist temperature, blood oxygen wellness, steps, exercise time, active energy, and body mass. Access is read-only; the app never writes to Health. Health values and derived summaries are used only on-device for forecasts and personal baselines. They are never sent to the developer or third parties, and the app does not store HealthKit data in its own CloudKit container or a developer server.
3. Location and Apple WeatherKit
The app uses an authorized current location or a manually selected city to request weather from Apple WeatherKit. A manual location and weather cache may be stored on-device. The developer never receives your location. Apple's privacy policy applies to Apple's handling of WeatherKit requests.
4. Information you enter
Morning condition, caffeine, alcohol, routine preferences, and notification time remain on-device and are used only for forecasts, history, and caffeine estimates.
5. Notifications, purchases, and exports
- Morning reminders are local iOS notifications; no notification server is used.
- Subscriptions are processed by Apple StoreKit. The developer does not receive your Apple ID or payment-card details.
- CSV files are created on-device and leave it only when you explicitly choose a destination in the iOS share sheet.
6. Retention and deletion
App data is stored in the app sandbox. Deleting the app removes its local data. A device backup you create may include derived app data and is handled under Apple's policies.
7. Health disclaimer
The app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Its output is a statistical trend, not medical advice.
8. Children, changes, and contact
The app does not collect personal information and is not intended to collect it from children under 13. Changes to this policy will be posted here. Contact aka023035+bodyforecast@gmail.com.
