WorldScapeは、iPhoneの歩数(Appleのヘルスケア / HealthKit)を使って、世界の街並み・文化・暮らしの風景を1枚ずつ解放していくアプリです。歩数はヘルスケアから読み取るだけで、書き込みは一切行いません。
動作環境
本アプリはiPhone専用です。進捗はiPhoneが記録した歩数から計算されるため、歩数データを持たない端末では計測機能をご利用いただけません。
歩数が反映されない / 進捗が0歩のまま
次の順にご確認ください。
- ヘルスケアAppを開き、右上のプロフィールアイコン →「プライバシー」の下の「アプリ」(iOSの版によっては「アプリおよびサービス」)→「WorldScape」で、歩数の読み取りがオンになっているか。
- iPhoneの「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「ヘルスケア」→「WorldScape」からも同じ設定を変更できます。アプリ内の「設定」→「ヘルスケア」にある「ヘルスケアの許可を確認する」をタップすると、この手順を画面に表示します。
- 一度「許可しない」を選ぶと、アプリ側からは許可の有無を判別できません(Appleの仕様)。アプリは「確認が必要」と表示しますので、上記の手順で読み取りをオンにしてください。
- 進捗は計測開始日からの累計歩数で計算されます。インストール前に歩いた分は遡りません。
アプリを開いていないときに通知が来ない
iPhoneの「設定」→「通知」→「WorldScape」で通知が許可されているかご確認ください。あわせて、上記のヘルスケアの読み取りが有効である必要があります。背景での更新はiOSのタイミングに依存するため、通知が届くまで時間がかかることがあります。
ウィジェットが更新されない
ウィジェットの更新頻度はiOSが制御しています。端末がロックされているあいだは歩数を読み取れないことがあり、その場合はロック解除後に更新されます。アプリを一度開くと表示が最新になります。
購入を復元したい
アプリ内の「設定」→「このアプリについて」→「購入を復元」をタップしてください。購入時のApple Accountでサインインしている必要があります。
返金について
App Storeの購入はAppleにより処理されます。返金を希望する場合は reportaproblem.apple.com をご利用ください。
データの削除
本アプリのデータはすべて端末内に保存されています。アプリを削除すると、進捗・パスポート・設定を含むすべてのデータが端末から削除されます。ヘルスケアのデータは本アプリが作成したものではないため、削除の影響を受けません。

WorldScape unlocks scenes of the world's streets, culture, and daily life, one at a time, using your iPhone step count from Apple Health (HealthKit). Steps are read only; the App never writes to Health.
Requirements
This App is for iPhone. Progress is calculated from the step count recorded by your iPhone, so tracking is unavailable on devices that do not record step data.
Steps are not counted / progress stays at 0
- Open the Health app, tap your profile icon at the top right, then Apps (shown as “Apps and Services” on some iOS versions) under Privacy > WorldScape, and make sure reading of Steps is turned on.
- The same setting is available in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > WorldScape. Tapping “Check Health permission” in the App under Settings > Health shows these steps on screen.
- If you once chose “Don't Allow”, the App cannot tell whether permission was granted (this is by Apple's design). It will show “Needs checking”; please turn reading on using the steps above.
- Progress is calculated from your cumulative steps since the measurement start date. Steps taken before installing are not counted retroactively.
No notification while the App is closed
Check that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings > Notifications > WorldScape, and that Health reading is enabled as described above. Background updates are scheduled by iOS, so a notification may take some time to arrive.
The widget is not updating
Widget refresh frequency is controlled by iOS. While the device is locked, step data may not be readable; the widget updates after unlocking. Opening the App refreshes it immediately.
Restoring purchases
In the App, go to Settings > About This App > Restore Purchases. You must be signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Refunds
App Store purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, please use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your data
All App data is stored on your device. Deleting the App removes everything, including progress, passport stamps, and settings. Health data is not created by this App and is unaffected.
