1. はじめに
本ポリシーは、iOSアプリ「WorldScape」(以下「本アプリ」) における利用者情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリは、歩数に応じて世界の街並み・文化・暮らしの風景(ジオラマ)を1枚ずつ解放していく歩行体験アプリです。すべての処理は利用者の端末内で完結し、外部サーバーへのユーザーデータの送信は行いません。本アプリは解析SDK・広告SDKを一切組み込んでいません。
2. ヘルスケア(HealthKit)データの利用
本アプリは、利用者が許可した場合にのみ、Appleのヘルスケア(HealthKit)から次のデータを読み取り専用で取得します。
- 歩数 (Step Count /
HKQuantityTypeIdentifierStepCount)
読み取るのは上記の1種類のみです。これらのデータの利用について、次の点を保証します。
- 取得した歩数は、風景の解放・進捗表示・連続記録・ウィジェット表示のために端末内でのみ使用します。
- 歩数を含むヘルスケアデータを外部サーバーへ送信することは一切ありません。
- ヘルスケアデータを第三者と共有・販売することはありません。
- ヘルスケアデータを広告・マーケティング目的に使用することはありません。
- 本アプリがヘルスケアにデータを書き込むことはありません(読み取りのみ)。
- iCloud を含む外部ストレージへヘルスケアデータを保存することはありません。
読み取りの許可は、ヘルスケアAppの「共有」、またはiOSの「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > ヘルスケア」からいつでも変更・取り消しできます。許可しない場合でもアプリは起動し、解放済みの風景の閲覧はできますが、歩数に基づく進捗機能はご利用いただけません。
3. 収集しない情報
本アプリは、以下を含む利用者情報を収集しません。
- 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人情報(アカウント登録は不要です)
- 位置情報 / GPSデータ
- 連絡先、写真、マイク入力、カメラ入力
- 広告ID (IDFA) を用いたトラッキング情報
- 解析SDKによるイベントログや利用履歴
- アプリ利用状況の外部サーバーへの送信
4. 端末内で保存する情報
本アプリは、機能提供のために以下の情報を端末内(およびウィジェットと共有するApp Group領域)に保存します。これらは外部へ送信されません。
- 解放した風景、踏破の進捗、パスポートに押された国のスタンプ
- 計測開始日、累計歩数の計算に用いる補助情報、直近の日次歩数(ペース予測に使用)
- 購入状態を反映するための補助情報
- 通知の設定状態、ウィジェットの表示設定などアプリ内の表示設定
これらの情報は、利用者がアプリを削除した場合、端末から削除されます。
5. 通知
本アプリはローカル通知のみを使用します。アプリを開いていないあいだに風景を解放した際、端末内で生成した通知を表示します。プッシュ通知サーバーは使用せず、通知の内容が外部へ送信されることはありません。通知の許可はiOSの「設定」からいつでも変更できます。
6. アプリ内購入
本アプリの風景パック(国パック・地域バンドル・ワールドパス)の買い切り購入はAppleのStoreKitを通じて処理されます。開発者は、利用者のクレジットカード番号、銀行口座情報、Apple IDの認証情報などの支払い情報を取得しません。
7. 第三者提供
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報やヘルスケアデータを第三者に販売、共有、提供しません。
8. 子どもの利用について
本アプリは個人情報を収集しません。13歳未満の利用者が利用する場合は、保護者の管理下での利用を推奨します。
9. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令の改正、アプリ機能の変更、運用方針の変更に応じて改訂されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または本ページ上でお知らせします。

1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS application “WorldScape” (the “App”) handles user information. The App is a walking experience in which your step count unlocks scenes (dioramas) of the world's streets, culture, and daily life, one at a time. All processing happens on the user's device, and no user data is transmitted to any external server. The App contains no analytics SDK and no advertising SDK.
2. Health (HealthKit) Data
Only with the user's permission, the App reads the following data from Apple Health (HealthKit) on a read-only basis.
- Step Count (
HKQuantityTypeIdentifierStepCount)
This is the only data type read. Regarding its use, we guarantee the following.
- The step count is used only on the device to unlock scenes and to show progress, streaks, and widgets.
- Health data is never transmitted to any external server.
- Health data is never shared with or sold to third parties.
- Health data is never used for advertising or marketing.
- The App never writes data to Health (read-only).
- Health data is never stored in iCloud or any other external storage.
You can change or revoke read permission at any time under Sharing in the Health app, or in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health. The App still launches without permission and you can browse scenes you have already unlocked, but progress features based on steps will be unavailable.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect the following information.
- Personal information such as name, email address, or phone number (no account is required)
- Location data / GPS data
- Contacts, photos, microphone input, or camera input
- Tracking information using advertising identifiers (IDFA)
- Analytics events or usage history through analytics SDKs
- External transmission of app usage data
4. Information Stored On Device
The App stores the following locally (including an App Group container shared with its widgets) to provide functionality. It is not sent externally.
- Unlocked scenes, clear progress, and country stamps in the passport
- Measurement start date, helper data used to compute cumulative steps, and recent daily step totals (used for pace estimates)
- Local helper information used to reflect purchase status
- Notification preference, widget display settings, and other in-app display state
This information is removed from the device when the user deletes the App.
5. Notifications
The App uses local notifications only. When a scene is unlocked while the App is not open, a notification generated on the device is shown. No push notification server is used, and notification content is never sent off the device. Notification permission can be changed at any time in iOS Settings.
6. In-App Purchases
One-time purchases of scene packs (country packs, region bundles, and the World Pass) are processed through Apple StoreKit. The developer does not receive payment information such as credit card numbers, bank account details, or Apple ID credentials.
7. Sharing With Third Parties
The App does not sell, share, or provide users' personal information or health data to third parties.
8. Children
The App does not collect personal information. If users under the age of 13 use the App, parental supervision is recommended.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated in response to changes in law, app features, or operation policies. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page.
