Tiny Plan 利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Tiny Plan（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 課金（Tiny Plan Pro）

• 「Tiny Plan Pro」には、自動更新サブスクリプション（月額・年額）と買い切り（ライフタイム）があります。
• サブスクリプションは自動更新されます。現在の期間終了の24時間前までに解約されない限り自動的に更新され、同額がApple IDアカウントに課金されます。
• 解約は、Apple IDの「設定」>「サブスクリプション」から、期間終了の24時間前までに行ってください。
• ライフタイムは買い切り型（非消耗型）で、一度ご購入いただくと追加の課金は発生しません。
• 機種変更や再インストールの際は「購入を復元」から復元できます。
• 購入・支払い・返金は Apple の App Store の規約に従います。返金は Apple へお申し込みください。

2. 免責事項・医療に関する注意

• 本アプリは心理学・行動科学の知見を参考に設計された自己管理ツールであり、医療・診断・治療を目的としたものではありません。
• ADHD、うつ、不安、その他の疾患の診断・治療・症状改善を目的とするものではありません。効果を保証するものではありません。
• 本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は法令上許容される範囲で責任を負いません。
• OS のアップデートや仕様変更により、一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

3. 禁止事項

本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、不正利用、法令に反する利用を禁止します。

These Terms govern your use of Tiny Plan. By using the app you agree to these Terms.

1. Purchases (Tiny Plan Pro)

• Tiny Plan Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly / yearly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, they renew and your Apple ID is charged the same amount.
• Manage or cancel anytime in Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Lifetime is a one-time (non-consumable) purchase with no further charges.
• Use "Restore Purchases" after reinstalling or changing devices.
• Payments and refunds follow Apple's App Store terms; request refunds from Apple.

2. Disclaimer & medical note

• Tiny Plan is a self-management tool informed by ideas from psychology and behavioral science; it is not intended for medical use, diagnosis, or treatment.
• It is not designed to diagnose or treat ADHD, depression, anxiety, or any condition. Results are not guaranteed.
• To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.

3. Prohibited use

Reverse engineering, abuse, and unlawful use of the app are prohibited.
