1. はじめに
本ポリシーは、iOS アプリ「タロットAI」(以下「本アプリ」) における利用者情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリは、利用者のプライバシーを最大限尊重し、個人を特定できる情報を一切収集しません。
2. 収集しない情報
本アプリは、以下を含む利用者情報を収集しません:
- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人情報
- 位置情報 / GPS データ
- 端末識別子 (IDFA / IDFV) を用いた広告トラッキング
- 解析 SDK (Firebase Analytics、Mixpanel 等) によるイベントログ
- 利用者の操作履歴の外部送信
3. 端末内で扱う情報
以下の情報は 利用者の iPhone 内 (SwiftData) にのみ保存され、外部サーバーには一切送信されません:
- 占いの履歴 (引いたカード、日時、メモ)
- 通知設定・テーマなどのアプリ設定
- ウィジェット用の最新カード情報 (App Groups 経由で本アプリと共有)
これらは利用者がアプリを削除した時点で完全に消去されます。
4. 課金情報
App Store の課金 (サブスクリプション・単発購入) は Apple の StoreKit を通じて処理されます。本アプリ提供者は、利用者の支払い情報 (クレジットカード番号等) を取得しません。詳細は Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
5. Apple Intelligence / Foundation Models
本アプリは、対応端末において Apple の Foundation Models フレームワーク (オンデバイス AI) を用いてカードの解釈文を生成します。入力データはすべて端末内で処理され、Apple やその他第三者のサーバーへ送信されません。非対応端末ではテンプレート文にフォールバックします。
6. 通知
本アプリは iOS の通知機能を利用して、利用者が設定した時刻に毎日の運勢通知を送信します。通知の内容は端末内で生成され、サーバー経由ではありません。通知の受信は iPhone の設定からいつでも無効化できます。
7. 子どもの利用について
本アプリは年齢制限 4+ で配信していますが、占いの解釈は成人を主たる対象としています。13 歳未満の利用者については保護者の管理下でのご利用をお願いします。本アプリは年齢を問わず、個人情報を一切収集しません。
8. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは法令の改正や本アプリの機能追加に応じて改訂することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリのアップデート時に通知します。

1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how the iOS application “TarotAI” (the “App”) handles user information. We respect user privacy to the fullest extent and do not collect any personally identifiable information.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect any of the following:
- Personal information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers
- Location data / GPS
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA / IDFV) for tracking
- Analytics events via third-party SDKs (Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Any external transmission of user activity
3. Information Stored On-Device
The following information is stored only on the user’s iPhone (via SwiftData) and is never transmitted to external servers:
- Reading history (drawn cards, timestamps, memos)
- App settings such as notification preferences and themes
- Latest card information for widgets (shared with the App via App Groups)
All such data is permanently deleted when the user uninstalls the App.
4. Purchases
In-app purchases (subscriptions and one-time purchases) are processed through Apple’s StoreKit. The App provider does not receive payment information such as credit card numbers. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for details.
5. Apple Intelligence / Foundation Models
On supported devices, the App uses Apple’s Foundation Models framework (on-device AI) to generate card interpretations. All input data is processed entirely on-device and is not transmitted to Apple or any third party. On unsupported devices, the App falls back to template-based interpretations.
6. Notifications
The App uses iOS notifications to deliver daily reading reminders at the user’s chosen time. Notification content is generated on-device, not via a server. Users may disable notifications at any time from the iPhone Settings.
7. Children
The App is rated 4+, but the interpretations are intended primarily for adult audiences. Use by children under 13 should be supervised by a parent or guardian. The App does not collect personal information from users of any age.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated in response to changes in law or features of the App. Material changes will be communicated through App updates.
