1. 適用
本規約は、iOSアプリ「StepScape」(以下「本アプリ」) の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. ヘルスケアデータと健康に関する注意
本アプリは歩数等を娯楽・収集体験の目的で表示するものであり、医療・診断・治療を目的とするものではありません。運動の可否や健康状態については、必要に応じて医療専門家にご相談ください。歩行・運動中は周囲の安全に十分ご注意ください。
3. アプリ内購入
地域パック等の購入はAppleのStoreKitを通じて処理されます。購入・返金に関する条件はApple Media Servicesの規約に従います。
4. 知的財産
本アプリおよび収録されるジオラマ画像・テキスト等の著作権は提供者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
5. 免責
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。提供者は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、適用法令が許容する範囲で責任を負いません。
6. 規約の変更
本規約は予告なく改定されることがあります。重要な変更は本ページ上でお知らせします。

1. Scope
These Terms govern the use of the iOS application “StepScape” (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Health Data and Health Notice
The App displays step counts and similar data for entertainment and collection purposes and is not intended for medical, diagnostic, or treatment purposes. Consult a healthcare professional regarding your fitness or health condition as needed. Always pay attention to your surroundings while walking or exercising.
3. In-App Purchases
Purchases such as region packs are processed through Apple StoreKit and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
4. Intellectual Property
Copyright in the App and its diorama images, text, and other content belongs to the provider or the respective rights holders.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provider is not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
6. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be revised without prior notice. Material changes will be announced on this page.
