1. はじめに
本ポリシーは、iOSアプリ「StepScape」(以下「本アプリ」) における利用者情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリは、歩数と上った階数を用いて観光地の踏破・高地の登頂・ジオラマ収集を進める歩行体験アプリであり、すべての処理は利用者の端末内で完結し、外部サーバーへのユーザーデータの送信を行いません。
2. ヘルスケア(HealthKit)データの利用
本アプリは、利用者が許可した場合にのみ、AppleのHealthKitから次のデータを読み取り専用で取得します。
- 歩数 (Steps)
- 上った階数 (Flights Climbed)
これらのデータの利用について、次の点を保証します。
- 取得したヘルスケアデータは、踏破・登頂・コレクションの進捗計算のために端末内でのみ使用します。
- ヘルスケアデータを外部サーバーへ送信することは一切ありません。
- ヘルスケアデータを第三者と共有・販売することはありません。
- ヘルスケアデータを広告目的に使用することはありません。
- 本アプリがヘルスケアにデータを書き込むことはありません(読み取りのみ)。
読み取りの許可は、iOSの「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > ヘルスケア」からいつでも変更・取り消しできます。許可しない場合でもアプリは起動しますが、歩数・階数に基づく進捗機能はご利用いただけません。
3. 収集しない情報
本アプリは、以下を含む利用者情報を収集しません。
- 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人情報(アカウント登録は不要です)
- 位置情報 / GPSデータ
- 連絡先、写真、マイク入力、カメラ入力
- 広告ID (IDFA) を用いたトラッキング情報
- 解析SDKによるイベントログや利用履歴
- アプリ利用状況の外部サーバーへの送信
4. 端末内で保存する情報
本アプリは、機能提供のために以下の情報を端末内に保存します。これらは外部へ送信されません。
- 解放した観光地・高地、踏破/登頂の進捗、収集したジオラマ
- 計測開始日、累計歩数・階数の計算に用いる補助情報
- 購入状態を反映するための補助情報
- アプリ内の表示設定や操作状態
これらの情報は、利用者がアプリを削除した場合、端末から削除されます。
5. オンデバイスAI(対応端末のみ)
対応するiOS端末では、「旅の記録」やガイドの一言を、Appleのオンデバイス基盤モデル(Foundation Models)を用いて端末内で生成します。生成のための入力・出力が端末外へ送信されることはありません。非対応端末では定型文を表示します。
6. アプリ内購入
本アプリの地域パック等の買い切り購入はAppleのStoreKitを通じて処理されます。開発者は、利用者のクレジットカード番号、銀行口座情報、Apple IDの認証情報などの支払い情報を取得しません。
7. 第三者提供
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報やヘルスケアデータを第三者に販売、共有、提供しません。
8. 子どもの利用について
本アプリは個人情報を収集しません。13歳未満の利用者が利用する場合は、保護者の管理下での利用を推奨します。
9. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令の改正、アプリ機能の変更、運用方針の変更に応じて改訂されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または本ページ上でお知らせします。

1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS application “StepScape” (the “App”) handles user information. The App is a walking experience in which your step count and flights climbed advance progress through sightseeing spots, highlands, and a collection of dioramas. All processing happens on the user's device, and no user data is transmitted to an external server.
2. Health (HealthKit) Data
Only with the user's permission, the App reads the following data from Apple HealthKit on a read-only basis.
- Step Count
- Flights Climbed
Regarding the use of this data, we guarantee the following.
- Health data is used only on the device to calculate progress for spots, summits, and the collection.
- Health data is never transmitted to any external server.
- Health data is never shared with or sold to third parties.
- Health data is never used for advertising.
- The App never writes data to HealthKit (read-only).
You can change or revoke read permission at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health. The App still launches without permission, but progress features based on steps and flights will be unavailable.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect the following information.
- Personal information such as name, email address, or phone number (no account is required)
- Location data / GPS data
- Contacts, photos, microphone input, or camera input
- Tracking information using advertising identifiers (IDFA)
- Analytics events or usage history through analytics SDKs
- External transmission of app usage data
4. Information Stored On Device
The App stores the following information locally to provide functionality. It is not sent externally.
- Unlocked spots and highlands, progress for clears/summits, and collected dioramas
- Measurement start date and helper data used to compute cumulative steps and flights
- Local helper information used to reflect purchase status
- In-app display settings and interaction state
This information is removed from the device when the user deletes the App.
5. On-Device AI (Supported Devices Only)
On supported iOS devices, the “travel notes” and short guide messages are generated on-device using Apple's on-device Foundation Models. No input or output for this generation is sent off the device. Unsupported devices show fixed template text.
6. In-App Purchases
One-time purchases such as region packs are processed through Apple StoreKit. The developer does not receive payment information such as credit card numbers, bank account details, or Apple ID credentials.
7. Sharing With Third Parties
The App does not sell, share, or provide users' personal information or health data to third parties.
8. Children
The App does not collect personal information. If users under the age of 13 use the App, parental supervision is recommended.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated in response to changes in law, app features, or operation policies. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page.
