1. 適用
本利用規約は、iOSアプリ「静音日和」(以下「本アプリ」) の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. 本アプリの内容
本アプリは、集中、読書、作業、休息などの時間に利用できる日本の環境音・集中音を再生するアプリです。本アプリは医療、診断、治療、健康改善、睡眠改善の効果を保証するものではありません。
3. アプリ内購入
本アプリは、買い切りの非消耗型アプリ内購入により、一部のサウンドや機能を解放する場合があります。購入処理、返金、ファミリー共有、購入履歴の管理はAppleおよびApp Storeの仕組みに従います。購入価格はApp Store上で表示される価格が適用されます。
4. コンテンツの権利
本アプリに含まれる音源、画面、文章、デザイン、その他コンテンツに関する権利は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は、個人的な利用の範囲を超えて、これらを無断で転載、複製、販売、再配布、公開、二次利用してはなりません。
5. 禁止事項
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 本アプリの解析、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、不正利用
- 本アプリまたはコンテンツの無断転載、販売、再配布
- 第三者または開発者の権利を侵害する行為
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
6. 免責事項
開発者は、本アプリがすべての端末、OSバージョン、利用環境で常に正常に動作することを保証しません。本アプリの利用により発生した損害について、開発者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、開発者は責任を負いません。
7. 規約の変更
本規約は、法令の改正、アプリ機能の変更、運用方針の変更に応じて改訂されることがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

1. Scope
These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using the iOS application “Seion Biyori” (the “App”). By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. App Description
The App plays Japanese ambient and focus soundscapes for concentration, reading, work, and rest. The App does not provide or guarantee medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, health improvement, or sleep improvement effects.
3. In-App Purchases
The App may unlock certain sounds or features through a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase. Purchase processing, refunds, Family Sharing, and purchase history management are handled through Apple and the App Store. The applicable price is the price displayed on the App Store.
4. Content Rights
Rights to audio, screens, text, design, and other content included in the App belong to the developer or the relevant rights holders. Users may not reproduce, sell, redistribute, publish, or otherwise use such content beyond personal use without permission.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in the following conduct when using the App.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Analysis, modification, reverse engineering, or unauthorized use of the App
- Unauthorized reproduction, sale, or redistribution of the App or its content
- Acts that infringe the rights of third parties or the developer
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the App
6. Disclaimer
The developer does not guarantee that the App will always operate normally on all devices, OS versions, or usage environments. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the developer, the developer is not liable for damages arising from the use of the App.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated in response to changes in law, app features, or operation policies. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page.
