1. はじめに
本ポリシーは、iOSアプリ「静音日和」(以下「本アプリ」) における利用者情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリは、日本の環境音を端末内で再生するアプリであり、外部サーバーへのユーザーデータ送信を行いません。
2. 収集しない情報
本アプリは、以下を含む利用者情報を収集しません。
- 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人情報
- 位置情報 / GPSデータ
- 連絡先、写真、マイク入力、カメラ入力
- 広告ID (IDFA) を用いたトラッキング情報
- 解析SDKによるイベントログや利用履歴
- アプリ利用状況の外部サーバーへの送信
3. 端末内で保存する情報
本アプリは、機能提供のために以下の情報を利用者の端末内に保存することがあります。これらは外部サーバーへ送信されません。
- ミックス設定、音量設定、保存したミックス名
- タイマー設定、タイマー終了時の動作設定
- 購入状態を反映するための補助情報
- アプリ内の表示設定や操作状態
これらの情報は、利用者がアプリを削除した場合、端末から削除されます。
4. アプリ内購入
本アプリの買い切り購入はAppleのStoreKitを通じて処理されます。開発者は、利用者のクレジットカード番号、銀行口座情報、Apple IDの認証情報などの支払い情報を取得しません。
5. ElevenLabsで制作した音源について
本アプリで使用する環境音の一部は、音源制作のためにElevenLabs等の音声生成サービスを用いて作成される場合があります。これは開発者がアプリ配布前に音源を制作するためのものであり、本アプリが利用者の音声、入力内容、個人情報をElevenLabsその他の外部サービスへ送信することはありません。
6. 第三者提供
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を第三者に販売、共有、提供しません。
7. 子どもの利用について
本アプリは個人情報を収集しません。13歳未満の利用者が利用する場合は、保護者の管理下での利用を推奨します。
8. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令の改正、アプリ機能の変更、運用方針の変更に応じて改訂されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または本ページ上でお知らせします。

1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS application “Seion Biyori” (the “App”) handles user information. The App plays Japanese ambient soundscapes locally on the device and does not transmit user data to an external server.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect the following information.
- Personal information such as name, email address, or phone number
- Location data / GPS data
- Contacts, photos, microphone input, or camera input
- Tracking information using advertising identifiers (IDFA)
- Analytics events or usage history through analytics SDKs
- External transmission of app usage data
3. Information Stored On Device
The App may store the following information locally on the user's device to provide app functionality. This information is not sent to an external server.
- Mix settings, volume settings, and saved mix names
- Timer settings and timer completion behavior
- Local helper information used to reflect purchase status
- In-app display settings and interaction state
This information is removed from the device when the user deletes the App.
4. In-App Purchases
One-time purchases in the App are processed through Apple StoreKit. The developer does not receive payment information such as credit card numbers, bank account details, or Apple ID credentials.
5. Audio Created With ElevenLabs
Some ambient sounds used in the App may be created by the developer using audio generation services such as ElevenLabs before distribution. The App itself does not send user voice, user input, or personal information to ElevenLabs or any other external service.
6. Sharing With Third Parties
The App does not sell, share, or provide users' personal information to third parties.
7. Children
The App does not collect personal information. If users under the age of 13 use the App, parental supervision is recommended.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated in response to changes in law, app features, or operation policies. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page.
