本規約は、Protein Count（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. 健康に関する免責

本アプリは、たんぱく質摂取量の記録と可視化を目的とした道具です。医療機器ではなく、診断・治療・予防を目的とするものではありません。本アプリが表示する推奨量（体重あたり1.6〜2.2gなど）は一般に知られた目安であり、個人に最適な量を保証するものではありません。持病がある方、妊娠中の方、腎機能に不安のある方などは、必ず医療専門家にご相談ください。

3. データの保存

本アプリのデータは端末内にのみ保存されます。アプリの削除、端末の初期化・故障・紛失によりデータが失われる場合があります。端末のバックアップをご利用ください。開発者はデータの復旧について責任を負いません。

4. App内課金

「Protein Count Pro」は買い切りのApp内課金です。サブスクリプションではありません。購入は Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、支払い・返金・復元は Apple の規約と手続きに従います。同じ Apple ID であれば「購入を復元」から無料で復元できます。

5. 禁止事項

本アプリの逆コンパイル、改変、再配布、および法令に違反する利用を禁止します。

6. 免責

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じたいかなる損害についても、適用法令が許す範囲で責任を負いません。

7. 変更

本規約は必要に応じて改定されることがあります。改定後の規約は本ページに掲示された時点で効力を生じます。

These terms govern your use of Protein Count. By using the app, you agree to them.

2. Health disclaimer

Protein Count is a tool for logging and visualizing protein intake. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. The reference amounts it shows (such as 1.6–2.2 g per kg of body weight) are commonly cited general guidance, not a guarantee of what is right for you. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concern about kidney function, please consult a healthcare professional.

3. Your data

All data is stored on your device only. Deleting the app, or resetting, damaging, or losing your device may result in data loss. Please use device backups. The developer is not responsible for data recovery.

4. In-app purchase

Protein Count Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Purchases are handled by Apple's App Store; payment, refunds, and restoration follow Apple's terms. You can restore it for free on the same Apple ID via "Restore purchase".

5. Prohibited use

Do not decompile, modify, or redistribute the app, or use it in violation of applicable law.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the app.

7. Changes

These terms may be revised. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page.
