PetaPic（以下「本アプリ」）は、あなたの写真をあなたの端末の中だけで扱うことを前提に作られています。 本ポリシーは、本アプリが何を扱い、何を扱わないかを説明します。
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、開発者が運営するサーバーを持ちません。 取り込んだ写真、切り抜いた画像、作った作品、手書き、文字は、すべてあなたの端末内にのみ保存されます。 開発者がこれらを閲覧・取得することはできません。
被写体の切り抜きは、Apple が iOS に用意している画像解析機能（Vision）を使い、 あなたの端末の中で実行されます。写真が解析のために外部へ送信されることはありません。
本アプリは写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセス権を要求しません。 iOS の写真選択画面（PhotosPicker）を通じて、あなたが選んだ写真だけを受け取ります。 本アプリが、あなたの選んでいない写真を見ることはできません。
作った作品を写真として保存する場合にのみ、写真の「追加のみ」の権限を利用します。 この権限では既存の写真を読み取ることはできません。
その場で撮影して取り込む場合にのみカメラを利用します。 撮影した写真は本アプリ内に保存され、外部へ送信されません。
これらは端末内のアプリ領域と、ウィジェットへ渡すための共有領域（App Group）に保存されます。 本アプリを削除すると、これらの保存データも端末から削除されます。
写真に位置情報が含まれている場合でも、本アプリが保存・書き出しする画像には引き継ぎません。 取り込みの時点で、画像を作り直して位置情報を含む付随情報を取り除いています。
本アプリは広告を表示しません。行動解析やクラッシュ収集のための外部SDKも組み込んでいません。 あなたが本アプリをどう使ったかという情報を、開発者が集めることはありません。
本アプリには買い切りのApp内課金（PetaPic Pro）があります。 購入処理は Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、支払い情報は Apple が扱います。 開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることはありません。
購入済みかどうかの記録は端末内に保存されます。復元は同じ Apple Account で行えます。
上記のとおり本アプリは情報を収集しないため、第三者へ提供する情報がありません。
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではなく、個人を識別する情報を収集しません。

PetaPic (the "App") is built so that your photos stay on your device. This policy explains what the App does and does not handle.
The App requires no account and the developer operates no server. Imported photos, cutouts, artworks, drawings and text are stored only on your device. The developer cannot view or retrieve them.
Subject cutout is performed on your device using Apple's on-device image analysis (Vision). Photos are never uploaded for processing.
The App does not request full photo library access. It receives only the photos you pick through the system photo picker. Saving an artwork uses add-only permission, which cannot read your existing photos.
The camera is used only when you choose to take a photo. Captured photos stay on your device.
Deleting the App removes this data from your device.
Even if a photo contains location metadata, the App does not carry it into saved or exported images. Metadata is stripped when the photo is imported.
The App shows no advertising and includes no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase (PetaPic Pro). Payment is handled by Apple through the App Store. The developer never receives your payment details. Entitlement is stored on your device and can be restored with the same Apple Account.
The App collects no information, so there is nothing to share.
The App is not directed at a specific age group and collects no personally identifying information.
