Oshi 利用規約

1. 適用

本規約は、青木一成 (Kazunari Aoki)(以下「当方」)が提供する iOS アプリ「Oshi」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意されたものとみなします。

2. サービスの内容

本アプリは、あなたが選んだ写真と、あなたが入力した予定を、ホーム画面のウィジェットカードとして表示します。本アプリはサーバーを持たず、写真・予定を含むデータを外部へ送信しません。取り扱いの詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

本アプリは予定管理・リマインダーのアプリではありません。通知は行わず、外部カレンダーとの同期も行いません。

3. App 内課金

本アプリには買い切り(非消耗型)の App 内課金があります。自動更新されるサブスクリプションではありません。
- FULL — Medium / Large / 特大ウィジェット、3つのスタイル、写真・予定・推しの人数の無制限、ウィジェットごとに表示する推しを選べる
価格は App Store の表示に従います。
購入・復元は Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。復元は購入時と同じ Apple Account で行ってください。
購入・返金の取り扱いは Apple の規約に従います。返金のご相談は Apple へお願いします。
返金・失効が Apple から通知された場合、解放されていた機能は無料の範囲に戻ります。ただしあなたが入力した写真・予定・推しのデータを当方が削除することはありません。追加ができなくなり、ウィジェットに表示できる範囲が無料の範囲に戻るだけです。
特大(縦)ウィジェットは iOS 27 以降で利用できます。お使いの iOS のバージョンによっては、購入後も表示されない場合があります。

4. あなたが取り込む写真について

本アプリは、写真・イラスト・ロゴ等の素材を一切同梱・配布しません。表示されるのは、あなたが自分で取り込んだ写真だけです。

取り込む写真は、ご自身が撮影したもの、またはご自身が利用する権利をお持ちのものに限ってください。アーティスト・タレント・キャラクター等の公式写真、雑誌・ライブ配信・SNS から取得した画像などには、撮影者・所属事務所・出版社・配信元などの権利が及びます。これらを本アプリで利用する場合は、各権利者が定める規約・ガイドラインに従うこと、およびその範囲を確認することは、利用されるあなたご自身の責任となります。当方はこれに関して生じた紛争の責任を負いかねます。

あなたが取り込んだ写真に関する権利は、すべてあなた、または本来の権利者に帰属します。当方がこれらを取得・閲覧・利用することはありません。

5. 禁止事項

他人の権利を侵害する画像の取り込み・共有
法令または公序良俗に反する目的での利用
本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、課金の制限を回避する行為

6. ウィジェットの表示について

ウィジェットが実際に更新される時刻・頻度は iOS が決定します。本アプリの設定は目安であり、指定どおりの時刻に必ず切り替わることを保証するものではありません。残り日数の切り替わりや写真の自動ローテーションが遅れる場合があります。

7. 免責

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当方は、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、当方に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

本アプリのデータは端末内にのみ保存されます。端末の紛失・故障・初期化、または本アプリの削除によりデータは失われます。大切な写真の原本は、写真アプリ側にも残しておいてください。

8. サービスの変更・終了

当方は、本アプリの内容を予告なく変更し、また提供を終了することがあります。

9. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Oshi Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the iOS app "Oshi" provided by Kazunari Aoki ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to them.

2. The service

The App displays photos you choose and dates you enter as a card on your home screen. It has no server and sends no data — including photos and events — outside your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The App is not a scheduling or reminder app. It sends no notifications and does not sync with any external calendar.

3. In-app purchases

The App offers one-time (non-consumable) in-app purchases. These are not auto-renewing subscriptions.
- FULL — Medium / Large / Extra Large widgets, all three styles, unlimited photos, events and favourites, and a per-widget choice of who to show
Prices are as shown in the App Store.
Purchase and restore are handled by Apple's App Store. Restore using the same Apple Account you bought with.
Purchases and refunds are governed by Apple's terms; please direct refund requests to Apple.
If Apple reports a refund or revocation, the unlocked features return to the free range. However, we never delete the photos, events or favourites you entered. Only adding more is stopped, and the widget shows what the free range allows.
The Extra Large (portrait) widget requires iOS 27 or later, and may not appear after purchase on earlier versions.

4. The photos you import

The App bundles and distributes no photos, illustrations or logos. What you see is only the photos you imported yourself.

Please import only photos you took, or that you have the right to use. Official photographs of artists, performers and characters, and images taken from magazines, live streams or social media, are subject to the rights of the photographer, agency, publisher or distributor. Using such material in the App is your own responsibility, and must follow the terms and guidelines set by each rights holder. We are not responsible for disputes arising from it.

All rights in the photos you import remain with you or with the original rights holder. We never obtain, view or use them.

5. Prohibited conduct

Importing or sharing images that infringe the rights of others
Use for purposes that are unlawful or contrary to public order and morals
Reverse engineering the App, or circumventing the purchase limits

6. About widget updates

iOS decides when and how often a widget actually refreshes. The settings in the App are a target only, and no particular refresh time is guaranteed. A day-count change or an automatic photo rotation may appear later than expected.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided as is. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.

The App's data is stored only on your device. Losing, breaking or erasing the device, or deleting the App, loses that data. Please keep the originals of important photos in your Photos library as well.

8. Changes and discontinuation

We may change the App or discontinue it without prior notice.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any dispute relating to the App.
