「置いた？」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。本アプリは個人情報を収集せず、もの・場所・写真・履歴などのデータを外部サーバーに送信しません。アカウント登録も不要です。

1. 端末内に保存される情報

登録した「もの」「場所」、メモ、タグ、写真、操作の履歴は、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者や第三者がこれらにアクセスすることはありません。

2. 写真の扱い

撮影・選択した写真は本アプリ内（端末内）にのみ保存し、外部サーバーには送信しません。写真に含まれる位置情報（EXIF）は保存せず、取り込み時に削除します。カメラロールへの自動保存も行いません。

3. アクセス許可の用途

• カメラ：置き場所の記録として写真を残すために使用します。
• 写真ライブラリ：既存の写真を置き場所メモに添付するために使用します。
• 通知：持ち出し中のものや期限の近いもののリマインドに使用します（端末内で生成するローカル通知）。

いずれの許可も端末の「設定」アプリからいつでも変更できます。

4. iCloud同期（プレミアム・任意）

プレミアムでは、同じ Apple ID の端末間でデータを同期できます。同期はユーザーのApple ID を通じた Apple の iCloud（CloudKit プライベートデータベース）で行われ、開発者はその内容にアクセスできません。iCloud同期はユーザーが設定で有効化したときのみ動作します。

5. 解析・広告・トラッキング

本アプリは広告SDK・解析SDK・トラッキング技術を一切使用していません。ユーザーをトラッキングせず、IDFA等も取得しません。

6. 課金について

「プレミアム」の購入・更新は Apple の App Store（StoreKit）を通じて処理されます。お支払い情報は Apple が管理し、本アプリが取得・保存することはありません。

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象に個人情報を収集することはありません。前述のとおり、そもそも個人情報を収集しません。

8. データの削除

アプリ内から各データを削除できます。また、端末から本アプリを削除すると、保存されているすべてのデータも端末から削除されます。iCloud同期を利用していた場合の同期データは、Apple の iCloud 設定から管理できます。

9. 改定

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページで告知します。

"Oita" Privacy Policy

"Oita" ("the app") is designed privacy-first. It does not collect personal information and does not send your items, places, photos, or history to any external server. No account is required.

1. On-device storage

Your items, places, notes, tags, photos, and activity history are stored only on your device. Neither the developer nor any third party can access them.

2. Photos

Photos you take or pick are stored only inside the app (on your device) and are never uploaded to external servers. Location data (EXIF) is removed on import and not stored. Photos are not auto-saved to your camera roll.

3. Permissions

• Camera — to take photos of where things are kept.
• Photo Library — to attach existing photos to a place memo.
• Notifications — local reminders for carried-out items and upcoming due dates.

4. iCloud sync (Premium, optional)

With Premium, data can sync across devices signed in to the same Apple ID. Sync uses Apple's iCloud (CloudKit private database) via your Apple ID; the developer cannot access its contents. Sync runs only when you enable it in Settings.

5. No analytics, ads, or tracking

The app uses no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking. It does not track you and does not access the IDFA.

6. Purchases

Premium is handled by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Payment details are managed by Apple and are never accessed or stored by the app.

7. Children's privacy

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

8. Deleting your data

You can delete data in the app, and removing the app deletes all stored data from your device. iCloud-synced data can be managed from your Apple iCloud settings.

This policy may be updated as needed; significant changes will be posted on this page.
