利用規約 / Terms of Use
1. 適用
本利用規約は、iOSアプリ「OFF ME」(以下「本アプリ」) の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. 本アプリの内容
本アプリは、悪習慣を「禁止」するのではなく、距離を置けた時間を記録・可視化するためのセルフケア用アプリです。本アプリは医療、診断、治療、依存症の改善等の効果を保証するものではありません。健康上の不安がある場合は専門の相談窓口や医療機関にご相談ください。
3. アプリ内課金（OFF ME Plus）
本アプリは、自動更新サブスクリプション「OFF ME Plus」(月額/年額) により一部の機能を解放します。お支払いは購入確定時に Apple ID に請求されます。期間終了の24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、契約は自動的に更新されます。更新・解約・購入履歴の管理は iOS の「設定 ＞ Apple Account ＞ サブスクリプション」から行えます。購入処理・返金・ファミリー共有は Apple および App Store の仕組みに従い、価格は App Store 上で表示される価格が適用されます。
4. コンテンツの権利
本アプリに含まれる画面、文章、デザイン、その他コンテンツに関する権利は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は、個人的な利用の範囲を超えて、これらを無断で転載、複製、販売、再配布、公開、二次利用してはなりません。
5. 禁止事項
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 本アプリの解析、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、不正利用
- 本アプリまたはコンテンツの無断転載、販売、再配布
- 第三者または開発者の権利を侵害する行為
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
6. 免責事項
開発者は、本アプリがすべての端末、OSバージョン、利用環境で常に正常に動作することを保証しません。本アプリの利用により発生した損害について、開発者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、開発者は責任を負いません。
7. 規約の変更
本規約は、法令の改正、アプリ機能の変更、運用方針の変更に応じて改訂されることがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

1. Scope
These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using the iOS application "OFF ME" (the "App"). By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. App Description
The App is a self-care app that records and visualizes the time you spend away from a habit, rather than "banning" it. The App does not provide or guarantee any medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or addiction-treatment effect. If you have health concerns, please consult a professional or medical institution.
3. In-App Purchases (OFF ME Plus)
The App unlocks certain features through an auto-renewable subscription, "OFF ME Plus" (monthly/yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel from iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Purchase processing, refunds, and Family Sharing follow Apple and the App Store; the applicable price is the price shown on the App Store.
4. Content Rights
Rights to screens, text, design, and other content belong to the developer or the relevant rights holders. Users may not reproduce, sell, redistribute, publish, or otherwise use such content beyond personal use without permission.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Analysis, modification, reverse engineering, or unauthorized use of the App
- Unauthorized reproduction, sale, or redistribution of the App or its content
- Acts that infringe the rights of third parties or the developer
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the App
6. Disclaimer
The developer does not guarantee that the App will always operate normally on all devices, OS versions, or environments. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated in response to changes in law, app features, or operation policies. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page.
