These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using "Motta?" ("the App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The App is a checklist app that helps you check your belongings before leaving home. It offers features such as registering belongings for each scene, notifications, widgets, and checking on Apple Watch.
The App is intended to assist you in checking your belongings and does not guarantee that you will never forget anything. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from delayed or undelivered notifications, or from inaccuracies in weather or calendar information. Please make the final check of your belongings yourself.
Some features of the App are provided through a Premium plan (a monthly / yearly auto-renewing subscription).
You may not use the App in violation of laws or regulations, copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App, or engage in any other conduct the developer deems inappropriate.
These Terms may be changed without prior notice. If you use the App after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
The Japanese version of these Terms is the authoritative text; in the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Japanese version shall prevail. / この規約は日本語版を正文とし、解釈に相違がある場合は日本語版が優先します。
