取説棚(海外名 Manual Binder)は、あなた個人の持ち物と資料を整理するためのソフトウェアです。メーカーの公式アプリ、公認の修理サービス、すべてのメーカーの説明書を配信するサービスではありません。外部サイトの提供の継続や、資料が最新であること、資料がお持ちの製品・地域に合うことを、本アプリが保証することはできません。
本アプリに追加する資料は、あなたが利用する権限を持つものに限ります。資料の著作権などの権利は、各権利者に帰属します。本アプリの機能を購入しても、説明書の再配布権やメーカーのサービスへの特別な利用権が得られるわけではありません。本アプリには資料を一般に公開・配信する機能はありません。
大切な資料は、本アプリのバックアップ機能などで別途控えを取ってください。製品を操作するときは、お持ちの型番・地域に合う原本の警告と指示を確認してください。本アプリは故障の診断や安全性の判断を行いません。
無料で登録できる持ち物は5件、未整理の資料は10件までです。Pro は一度だけの買い切り(非消耗型)で、定期購読ではありません。購入するとこれらの登録数の上限がなくなります(端末とiCloudの容量の上限は変わりません)。価格はApp Storeが表示します。決済と返金はAppleの手続きに従います。Proの権利がなくなっても、保存済みの資料は削除されず、閲覧・検索・しおり・書き出し・バックアップ・復元は引き続き使えます。
本アプリは現状のまま提供します。開発者は不具合の修正に努めますが、法令で認められる範囲で、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について責任を負いません。ただし、この条項は消費者保護法令などの強行規定によるあなたの権利を制限するものではありません。
本規約を変更する場合はこのページを更新し、最終更新日を書き換えます。

Manual Binder (取説棚 in Japan) is software for organizing your own things and documents. It is not an official manufacturer app, an authorized repair service, or a universal manual distributor. The App cannot guarantee that external websites stay available, that a document is current, or that it matches your product and region.
Add only documents you have the right to use. Rights in the documents remain with their respective holders. Purchasing App features does not grant any right to redistribute manuals or special access to manufacturer services. The App has no feature for publishing or distributing documents to the public.
Keep separate copies of important documents, for example with the App's backup feature. When operating a product, check the warnings and instructions in the original document for your model and region. The App does not diagnose faults or make safety judgements.
The free version holds up to 5 things and 10 unsorted documents. Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. It removes those limits (device and iCloud storage limits still apply). The price is shown by the App Store. Payment and refunds follow Apple's procedures. If Pro is no longer active, nothing you saved is deleted, and reading, search, bookmarks, export, backup and restore keep working.
The App is provided as is. The developer works to fix problems but, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
If these terms change, this page will be updated with a new date.
