利用規約 / Terms of Use
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、iOSアプリ「こもれび神社」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. ライセンス
提供者は、利用者に対し、本アプリを Apple の App Store の利用規約に従って、個人的かつ非商業的な目的で利用する、譲渡不能・非独占的な権利を許諾します。本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布は禁止します。
2. 本アプリの目的について（重要）
本アプリは、参拝・おみくじ・願いごと・お守りといった日本の文化的なモチーフを用いた、毎日を穏やかに過ごすためのセルフケア・習慣化を目的とした娯楽アプリです。本アプリは特定の宗教・宗派の活動ではありません。おみくじや願いごとの結果はエンターテインメントであり、運勢・吉凶・将来の出来事を予言・保証するものではありません。また、本アプリは医療・健康・金運・恋愛・その他いかなる結果も保証するものではなく、医療上の助言・診断・治療に代わるものではありません。健康に関する不安がある場合は、医師等の専門家にご相談ください。
3. 広告について
本アプリは無料で提供するため、第三者配信の広告（Google AdMob）を表示します。広告の内容は配信事業者により決定され、提供者はその内容について管理・保証しません。広告の取り扱いについてはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。広告は本アプリ内の「広告を非表示にする」（買い切り）の購入により非表示にできます。
4. App 内課金
本アプリには、買い切り型（非消耗型）の App 内課金「広告を非表示にする」が含まれます。購入処理はすべて Apple StoreKit を通じて行われ、課金・返金は Apple のポリシーに従います。買い切り購入は同一 Apple ID で復元できます。価格は予告なく変更される場合があります。
5. データの管理
本アプリのデータは原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。提供者は、機器の故障・紛失・アプリの削除・OS のアップデート等によるデータの消失について責任を負いません。大切なデータは iCloud バックアップ等のご利用をおすすめします。
6. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性・正確性・継続的な提供を保証するものではありません。提供者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じたいかなる損害についても、法律で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
7. 規約の変更
提供者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはこのページにて告知します。変更後に本アプリを継続して利用された場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
8. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app "Komorebi Shrine" (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
The provider grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the App is prohibited.
2. Purpose of the App (Important)
The App is an entertainment app for self-care and habit-building that uses Japanese cultural motifs such as shrine visits, fortunes (omikuji), wishes (ema), and amulets (omamori) to help you spend each day calmly. It is not the activity of any particular religion or denomination. Omikuji and wish results are for entertainment and do not predict or guarantee fortune, luck, or future events. The App does not guarantee any outcome — medical, health, financial, romantic, or otherwise — and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.
3. Advertising
To offer the App for free, it displays third-party ads (Google AdMob). Ad content is determined by the ad provider, and we do not control or guarantee it. See the Privacy Policy for how ads are handled. Ads can be removed by purchasing the one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase.
4. In-App Purchases
The App includes a one-time (non-consumable) in-app purchase, "Remove Ads." Purchases are processed through Apple StoreKit, and billing and refunds follow Apple's policies. One-time purchases can be restored on the same Apple ID. Prices may change without notice.
5. Data
App data is, in principle, stored on your device. The provider is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, loss, app deletion, or OS updates. We recommend using iCloud Backup for important data.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or continued availability. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
7. Changes
The provider may revise these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
