利用規約 / Terms of Use

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、iOSアプリ「こころのコンパス」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. ライセンス

提供者は、利用者に対し、本アプリを Apple の App Store の利用規約に従って、個人的かつ非商業的な目的で利用する、譲渡不能・非独占的な権利を許諾します。本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布は禁止します。

2. 方角・距離の表示について（重要）

本アプリが表示する方角・距離は、登録した地点と現在地の座標から計算したおおよその目安です。GPS の精度、地磁気の乱れ、端末の状態などにより誤差が生じます。本アプリは登山・航海・航空・運転中のナビゲーション、遭難・緊急時の方位確認など、安全や人命に関わる用途を意図していません。これらの目的には専用の機器・サービスをご利用ください。

3. 利用者の責任

本アプリの利用にあたっては、周囲の安全に十分ご注意ください。歩行中・運転中などに画面を注視することのないようお願いします。登録する場所の情報や写真は、利用者ご自身の責任で管理してください。

4. App 内課金

本アプリには、買い切り型（非消耗型）の App 内課金（Pro、テーマパック）が含まれます。購入処理はすべて Apple StoreKit を通じて行われ、課金・返金は Apple のポリシーに従います。買い切り購入は同一 Apple ID で復元できます。

5. データの管理

本アプリのデータは原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。提供者は、機器の故障・紛失・アプリの削除・OS のアップデート等によるデータの消失について責任を負いません。大切なデータは iCloud バックアップ等のご利用をおすすめします。

6. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性・正確性・継続的な提供を保証するものではありません。提供者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じたいかなる損害についても、法律で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。

7. 規約の変更

提供者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはこのページにて告知します。変更後に本アプリを継続して利用された場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

8. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app "Kokoro Compass" (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

The provider grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the App is prohibited.

2. Direction & Distance (Important)

The bearing and distance shown by the App are approximate values computed from the coordinates of your saved places and your current location. Errors may arise from GPS accuracy, magnetic interference, or device condition. The App is not intended for safety- or life-critical uses such as navigation while hiking, boating, flying, or driving, or for determining direction in an emergency. Please use purpose-built equipment and services for such purposes.

3. Your Responsibility

Always pay attention to your surroundings when using the App. Do not stare at the screen while walking or driving. You are responsible for managing the place information and photos you save.

4. In-App Purchases

The App includes one-time (non-consumable) in-app purchases (Pro, Theme Pack). All purchases are processed through Apple StoreKit, and billing and refunds follow Apple's policies. One-time purchases can be restored on the same Apple ID.

5. Data

App data is, in principle, stored on your device. The provider is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, loss, app deletion, or OS updates. We recommend using iCloud Backup for important data.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or continued availability. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Changes

The provider may revise these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
