Kidou is a general lifestyle app that helps you build habits. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult a professional for health concerns.

2. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any outcome arising from its use.

3. In-app purchase (one-time)

The app is free to use for up to three habits. Purchasing the one-time "Planetarium Pass" removes the habit limit.

Payment is charged once to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. There is no auto-renewal and no subscription.
It is a one-time (non-consumable) purchase, so it stays available on the same Apple ID.
When you change devices or reinstall, restore it from the paywall or Settings ("Restore purchase").
Pricing follows what is shown in the app and on the App Store.

4. Intellectual property

All rights in the app and its content belong to the developer.

5. Changes

These terms may be revised without notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
