本規約は、ふせとも（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリは、端末を伏せている時間を計り、その記録を端末内に残すためのものです。 相棒のキャラクターと行動図鑑は、記録を続けるための演出です。
本アプリは端末の傾きから伏せられているかを判定しますが、端末の状態や置き方によっては 正しく判定できない場合があります。記録の正確性、および本アプリの利用によって生じた 結果について、開発者は責任を負いません。
本アプリは健康・医療・学習効果に関する助言を行うものではありません。
本アプリの改変、逆コンパイル、再配布、および本アプリを用いた法令に反する行為を禁止します。
記録は端末内にのみ保存されます。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。 端末の紛失・故障・アプリの削除による記録の消失について、開発者は復元の手段を持ちません。
本規約は必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

By using Fusetomo (the "app"), you agree to these terms.
The app measures the time your device spends face down and keeps that record on your device. The buddy character and field guide exist to make that record enjoyable to keep.
The app infers "face down" from device orientation and may not detect it correctly in every position or condition. The developer is not liable for the accuracy of records or for any outcome arising from use of the app. The app does not provide health, medical, or educational advice.
Modifying, decompiling, or redistributing the app, and any unlawful use, are prohibited.
Records are stored only on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details. The developer has no means to restore records lost through device loss, failure, or app deletion.
These terms may be updated; changes take effect when posted on this page.
