1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the iOS app "Closet Book" provided by Kazunari Aoki ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to them.

2. The service

The App lets you catalogue your clothes, build outfits, log what you wore with photos, and get outfit suggestions for the day's temperature. It has no server and sends no data outside your device. See the Privacy Policy.

3. What's free, and in-app purchase

• You can add up to 30 pieces of clothing for free (pieces marked as no longer owned and sample pieces don't count). Outfits, the wear log, photos of you and export are free.
• The App offers a one-time (non-consumable) purchase, "Pro". It is not an auto-renewing subscription. Pro removes the clothing limit and unlocks weather-matched outfit suggestions (the first 14 days are a free trial), the widget, insights and outfit examples for each piece.
• Prices are as shown in the App Store. Purchases and restores are handled by Apple; restore with the same Apple Account you bought with.
• Purchases and refunds are governed by Apple's terms. If Apple reports a refund or revocation, Pro features return to the free range, but we never delete your clothes, outfits, records or photos. Pieces above 30 stay usable; only adding more stops.

4. Weather and suggestions

Outfit suggestions are guidance based on Apple's weather forecast and the clothes you added. They are not guaranteed to suit the actual weather or how you feel. Weather data is provided by Apple Weather.

5. Photos you take

Rights in your photos remain with you or the original rights holder. We never obtain, view or use them. Please get consent before keeping or sharing photos of other people.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Importing or sharing photos that infringe others' rights or privacy
• Use for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public order and morals
• Reverse engineering the App or circumventing purchase limits

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided as is. Except for our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.

Data is stored only on your device and is lost if the device is lost, broken or erased, or if the App is deleted. We recommend making a backup with "Export" in Settings.

8. Changes and discontinuation

We may change or discontinue the App without prior notice.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any dispute relating to the App.
