利用規約
Terms of Use
本規約は、iOSアプリ「からだ予報」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 利用許諾
提供者は、利用者に対し、個人的かつ非商用の目的で本アプリを利用する、非独占的・譲渡不能な権利を許諾します。法令で認められる場合を除き、複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布を禁止します。
2. 医療行為ではありません
本アプリは医療機器ではなく、医学的な診断・治療・予防・助言を提供しません。表示は利用者本人のデータに基づく統計的な傾向です。本アプリだけを根拠に、治療、服薬、受診、健康行動を開始・中止・変更しないでください。医療上の判断は有資格の医療従事者へご相談ください。
3. データと予報の限界
予報はHealthKit、天気、入力内容、端末の利用可能データに依存します。欠測、測定誤差、同期遅延などにより表示が不完全または不正確になる場合があります。特定の結果や精度は保証されません。
4. Proサブスクリプション
本アプリは月額・年額の自動更新サブスクリプションを提供します。無料トライアルが表示される場合、その条件は購入画面に示されます。料金はApple IDに請求され、現在の期間終了の24時間以上前に解約しない限り自動更新されます。購入後の管理・解約はApple IDのサブスクリプション設定で行えます。無料トライアルの未使用部分は、対象サブスクリプションを購入した時点で失効する場合があります。返金にはAppleの方針が適用されます。
5. Appleの規約
本アプリのライセンスにはAppleの標準使用許諾契約（EULA）も適用されます。Apple Standard EULA
6. 禁止事項、免責、責任制限
違法な目的、第三者の権利侵害、本アプリや関連サービスへの妨害に利用してはなりません。本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。法令で許される範囲で、提供者は利用または利用不能から生じた間接損害・結果損害について責任を負いません。
7. 変更、準拠法、お問い合わせ
本規約または本アプリは必要に応じて変更・終了される場合があります。本規約は日本法に準拠します。お問い合わせは aka023035+bodyforecast@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
These Terms govern your use of the iOS app Body Forecast (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
The provider grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App. Except where permitted by law, copying, modification, reverse engineering, and redistribution are prohibited.
2. Not medical care
The App is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or medical advice. Output is a statistical trend based on your data. Do not start, stop, or change treatment, medication, clinical care, or health behavior solely because of the App. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
3. Limits of data and forecasts
Forecasts depend on available HealthKit, weather, user-entered, and device data. Missing data, measurement error, or sync delay can make output incomplete or inaccurate. No specific result or accuracy is guaranteed.
4. Pro subscriptions
The App offers auto-renewable monthly and yearly subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, its terms appear on the purchase screen. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Any unused part of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase the applicable subscription. Apple's refund policies apply.

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also governs the App license: Apple Standard EULA.
6. Prohibited use, disclaimer, and liability
You may not use the App unlawfully, infringe third-party rights, or disrupt the App or related services. The App is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the App.
7. Changes, law, and contact
The App or these Terms may be changed or discontinued as needed. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Contact aka023035+bodyforecast@gmail.com.
